Made of solid gold, The History Supreme, is the most expensive yacht in the world and is reportedly owned by Malaysia’s richest man, Robert Knok. It took 3 years for the 100 feet long yacht to have been built, using 10,000 kilograms of solid gold and platinum and is designed by the renowned luxury designer from the UK, Stuart Hughes. The gold and platinum adorn the yacht from its base to the dining area, deck, rails, staircase and anchor. The most extravagant aspect of the luxury yacht is its master bedroom that with a wall feature made from meteorite rock and a statue made from genuine Tyrannosaurus Rex bones. The master suite is adorned with a 68 kg 24-carat gold Aquavista Panoramic Wall Aquarium and a liquor bottle featuring a rare 18.5 carat diamond. Price: $4.8 Billion

Pretty, happy Wendesday ❤
Happy Wednesday to you too, Kinga. 🙂
Sandee, it may be fancy and expensive, but i can almost guarantee your boat sails just as nicely, i would also hold out and say you probably enjoy yours more and are happier with it and Zane to share it with you. Happy Wednesday!
Yes it does and we love our boat. It’s not worth much anymore, but we love it and we’re happy to sail on her. Happy Wednesday to you too, my friend. 🙂
You know I was thinking the same thing as messymimi. It’s pretty but you can have just as much enjoyment out of a boat that cost a small fraction of what this one does. Maybe it’s because of my current situation but it seems so wasteful to put all that money into one boat.
There are people that have lots of money. To them it’s no big deal to spend this kind of money. I say it’s his money and he can spend it how he pleases. 🙂
Oh that looks the pawfect ROYAL yacht fur ME!!!!
I wonder if they do it in oink…maybe Rose Gold???
Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah xxx
You would look marvelous on this yacht, Princess Leah. 🙂
Wow! that is some boat heheh! I have to agree with Mimi too 🙂
Have an expensivetastic WWS ➡
I wouldn’t spend this kind of money on a yacht either. Too rich for my blood. 🙂
That really is whatever floats your boat!
Yes it is, Terry. 🙂
WOW! Did they make a concerted effort to use the rarest and most expensive materials?
Probably. The rich do some very strange things at times. 🙂
Gosh, I thought that was your boat. That really is quite a boat. I would be afraid of moving it for fear of a tiny scratch. I bet you boat is much nicer than that one. Sandee, you and Zane have one great Thanksgiving.
We have a small 34 foot boat that would be a dinghy to this 100 footer. You have a great Thanksgiving too, Marg. 🙂
Wow – that is something! It would certainly put our boat to shame if we were anchored in the same spot.
Same here, Ellen. We just have a 34 foot Sea Ray Sundancer. 🙂
I thought this was yours 🙂 Have a nice day ! Thank you for hosting. XO
Goodness no. I couldn’t afford this kind of yacht. We are in the cheap seats. We’re good with that. 🙂
How does that even float? I would think it is really heavy, being constructed from gold and platinum! Anyway, it sure is fancy. I’m pretty content just to be out on the water, even in a “plain, ordinary” boat. 🙂
Happy Thanksgiving, Sandee!
I don’t know but it floats just fine.
Happy Thanksgiving to you too. 🙂
Personally, I think it’s a tragic waste of money, but she surely is a beauty. A $4.8 billion dollar beauty? Let’s hope so in the eyes of Knok, since it’s his money that went into making it. 😉
I would love to go on a cruise on this yacht. Just to see what the rich live like. 🙂
HAHA…..I can always come up with silly pics to post! Right now with the cold weather here in Nashville I would not mind being out on a boat like that on the nearest lake.
You wouldn’t be able to get this on a lake very easily. This is more for a large body of water. The ocean and the like. 🙂
I’m sure I couldn’t afford the insurance (even for a day).
I couldn’t either, Kismet. Very expensive yacht. 🙂
That is a crazy expensive boat! I can’t even imagine!
I can’t imagine either. Way too rich for my blood. 🙂
Same! I’d be happy with any boat if it RAN hahaha
I hear you. Not worth much if they don’t run. 🙂
I know Robert Kuok is the wealthiest man in Malaysia but I didn’t know he owned the yacht!
Well you do now. There are lots of billionaires that have expensive toys. 🙂
My word above…I hate to be the one in charge of driving/flying that gorgeous yacht.
I had no idea something like this existed
I’ve seen lots of very expensive yachts. This is just one of many. 🙂
Really pretty boat, but too expensive for my tastes!
Happy Wednesday! <3
That makes two of us, Barbara. 🙂
I didn’t realize that platinum and gold were seaworthy,
Oh yes it is. And this guys has used lots of it on this yacht. 🙂
Wow! Impressive yacht. I wonder who the insurance carrier is – Lloyds of London?
I don’t know about Lloyds of London, but there are places for yacht insurance for the rich. 🙂
I am literally “wordless”! 🙂
Oh good, wordless is a good thing on Wordless Wednesday. Thanks for playing along today. 🙂
That kind of extravagance makes me nauseous – imagine the people (if not a small country) he could have helped rather than buy an obnoxious boat
I’m sure this guy gives a lot of money to those in need. I’ve never seen an obnoxious boat though. 🙂
The boat is a misuse of excess wealth, Happy Wednesday! I will take the ferry.
Happy Wednesday to you too, Greg. 🙂
Quite the photo of the expensive yacht ~ hope he is happy ~ ^_^
Xox ~ to you ~
Happy Thanksgiving to you,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
He is very old, but he’s lived a most charmed life. Very brilliant man. 🙂
It’s called STUPID money for a reason.
And he and his family have a lot of that stupid money. 🙂
Wow, that is a truly luxury yacht. Very beautiful. Thanks for sharing it. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving.
Thanks, Patrick. You and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving too. 🙂
Now I have to look up ‘Aquavista Panoramic Wall Aquarium’ because I may have to have (want) one. ~grin~ Be well!
We could do a Go Fund Me to pay for it. Just saying. You be well too. 🙂
Holy Smoking Expensive Boat! Have a wonderful time tomorrow cooking with Zane! Hugs and Kisses!
We will have a great time. We always too. Big hugs and kisses back. 🙂
Well, believe it or not ever since I saw the Titanic I don’t care for the water or boats very much anymore. So many movies that make you afraid of the water… like JAWS for example etc. Okay, call me a wimp, but it’s true… gotta see land for me to go in any water like that. I live right by the Fox River too hahahaha Well, my dear friend HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AND YOURS and me I’m thankful for your friendship! BIG HUGS…. LUV YA… ME TIME TO START COOKING! Yep, we’re staying home… inviting a couple of Dave’s friends who doesn’t have family anymore. hugs
I love being out on the water. It’s fabulous, but many don’t care for it at all. It’s all good. We’ll start cooking tomorrow morning. Enjoy your Thanksgiving honey. Love you. 🙂
Ditto my friend, and enjoy your holiday! Love you too! HUGS
Just think of how fast you’d have to go to prevent it from sinking!
It’s most float worthy. It’s just got lots of bling on the boat. 🙂
You can imagine how many people in his own country who could have used the money spent on that boat to help their lives. Or, the cost to clean up one small area of the ocean?
Yes he probably does lots of things to help others. These kind of folks usually do. Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours. 🙂
That money could have bought a great yacht and still had another 4 + billion to help a whole lot of people.
I’m sure he helps lots of folks. The mega rich always seem to help folks in need. 🙂
Wowy! That would totally be faster than my pirate ship! I bet it comes equipped with a prized caviar and trophy fishes, too!
I’m sure there are lots of high end stuff on this yacht. 🙂
I like the cockpit on that boat, but don’t boats scrape against rocks and other things from time to time? I guess with that kind of money, he just puts another coat of gold on it when that one starts wearing off.
I don’t think the hull is gold, but he’s got a lot of gold inside the boat. We’ve had our boat since 2004 and we’ve not scraped against any rocks or other things. Dock rash is about it from time to time. 🙂
That boat must have cost a fortune!
Yes the price tag was 4.8 billion. 🙂
omg! that’s a pricey yacht!
