Greece is an incredible country with some of the splendid beaches, lovely landscapes, balmy Mediterranean climate, delicious sea food cuisine and world heritage museums. Experience the Greek culture by making a trip to the ancient architectural structures, discover the old cities and quaint villages and soak up the Cretan culture. The monasteries of Meteora, the beautiful Santorini and the gorgeous Mykonos, among others, make Greece one of Europe’s prime tourist destinations.

Sailing through the waters surrounding Santorini and Mykonos have been high on my ‘bucket list’ for years.
I would absolutely love to be out on this water. I could just stay on the boat and be happy. 🙂
It LQQKS beautiful what a view and the lovely blue sea, It’s a shame we haven’t got many like that here in the UK heheh!
Have a Moussakatastic WWS ➡
I love a warmer climate. I love being on the water and I love being on a boat. 🙂
Looks like paradise.
It sure does, Carrie. My kind of paradise. 🙂
It’s beautiful, and hot. It would make a great trip to get away from winter here.
I would love to visit here in the winter. It would be wonderful. 🙂
From this picture alone I can see why Greece would be a popular vacation spot. I would go.
I can see why too, Ann. What a heavenly vacation this would be. 🙂
The water looks very inviting.
See that boat going out to sea? I’d like to be on that boat. 🙂
I can’t really imagine being someplace that is so darn pretty like that!
There are so many beautiful places around the world. 🙂
I was just looking at trips to Greece this week, hoping it all works out!
I hope you get to go. That would be fabulous. Take lots of pictures. 🙂
It is beautiful, I can see why it is a tourist destination. Have a great day! XO
Yes, we can see why it’s a tourist destination indeed. Gorgeous. 🙂

So beautiful. Some nice hot weather in a beautiful place like that sounds great right now … we’re supposed to have snow tomorrow. Brrr.
Have a wonderful Wednesday!
It’s pretty chilly here in the night and early morning. Around 70 during the day though. You have a wonderful Wednesday too. 🙂
I have always wanted to visit Greece after watching Mama Mia! Hope my dream comes true!
Happy WW, Sandee.
I’ve not seen Mama Mia. I’m going to have to watch that to see the beauty. Happy Wordless Wednesday to you too, Veronica. 🙂
Love the blue skies, we have smoke and more smoke
We have smoke here too. Are you in California? It’s been bad here. 🙂
That is breathtaking!
It is indeed. I want to go. 🙂
Sandee,
What a beautiful place! I knew this place had to be somewhere in the Mediterranean. Have you been to Greece? Not me. It’s just one of many I will only dream about. Thanks for hosting the mid-week fun!
No, we haven’t been. We will only dream about it too. Our traveling days are over. 🙂
So you beezzzz a travelin’ lady hmmmmm? I use to work for an attorney that loved to travel and there were only two places he said that him & his wife hadn’t been too, but for the life of me I cannot thing what places they were. Oh well, He’s on that big peninsula in the sky and believe it or not she’s still here on earth with us, and 97 yrs. old and still partying. Unbelievable! She says her secret is giving blood every four or six months not sure. Out with the old and make the new she’d say. She was definitely a card. She lives by her daughter in California and they’re always with each other doing something. Now that’s the life! Wonder why they made that little zig zag part…. Hmmmmmmm Have a wonderful day my friend! The sun is shining for change, but brrrrrrrrrrr BIG HUGS SENT OUT TO YA!!!!!
We used to travel a bit. We certainly aren’t world travelers though. We are done with traveling now. It’s all about boating for as long as we can. I hope I’ll be 97 and still partying. That would be fabulous. Big hugs back, Marie. 🙂
What a wonderful and beautiful place. Thanks for sharing. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
You’re most welcome, Patrick. You have a wonderful week too and thanks for stopping by. 🙂
The view looks to be priceless. I don’t think one would ever grow tired of waking up to that scene each morning. Have a blessed week.
I wouldn’t ever grow tired of that view either. Beautiful place and you know how I love to boat. 🙂
Gorgeous! Entrepreneur just told me he would like to do a cruise in the Mediterranean of Italy and Greece! Excuse me while I start packing!!
You go girl. I hope you get to go and soon. 🙂
Just stunning! I imagine it to be a beautiful place to visit.
I’m pretty sure we would find this to be a slice of heaven. 🙂
Lovely! It’s very cold here and I think I would love to be in Greece right now! Happy Wednesday.
Ruby wants to go and she’s got that cute pink cape. She’s ready. Happy Wednesday to you too. 🙂
spectacular scenery!
I sure is. What a beautiful place and hubby and I could go boating. 🙂
That water looks inviting!! (Hugs)
It sure does. Let’s go. 🙂
What a pretty warm picture for this very very chilly damp NC day
hugs Cecilia
I was going for warm. It’s pretty cold here in the mornings. Winter is coming. Hugs. 🙂
That is such a gorgeous place. Thanks for putting us in. I have been busy with all these sick cats so haven’t been on the computer. I am going to ask for help on my blog and Sandee, this does NOT include you. You already do a lot for us. Sandee, you and Zane have a fantastic day.
If you need help then I can help too, Marg. I don’t mind one bit. You take care of your sick kitties. 🙂
That’s beautiful. I’d love to go to Greece!
I would love to go to Greece too. 🙂
It snowed here a bit yesterday. I’d rather be in Greece!
I’m not a fan of snow. I’m not a fan of winter. I’d rather be basking in the sun. 🙂
So beautiful!!! That photo almost looks like a painting!
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
It does, but this is really what this area looks like. Scritches to all the pups and a few more for Lightening. 🙂
Such a beautiful part of the world!
Happy Wednesday <3
Yes indeed, Barbara. Happy Wednesday to you too. 🙂
I’ve read so many books that take place in Greece, and the heritage and history there are amazing.
Yes on all counts. The heritage and history is indeed amazing. 🙂
Doesn’t look real, does it? What a gorgeous place, I’d love to go to lots of areas within Greece, so beautiful.x
I would love to go all over Greece. Such a beautiful place. 🙂
I have not been to Greece specifically, but I have been in the Mediterranean which is warm and blue!
Lucky you. I love warm and blue and boats and water. 🙂
I was in the military at the time. Not exactly the worst duty!
Greece has always been on the list of international places I would love to visit, if I loved traveling, which I don’t! So I enjoy from afar. ♥
It’s always been on my list too. A beautiful place. 🙂
I’m in for the beauty, the heat and the food.
I think you’re the first person that mentioned the food. Greek food is amazing. 🙂
Greece is DEFINITELY on my bucket list!!! Having majored in Rhetoric and minored in Philosophy, I MUST get there before I kick the bucket lol xoxo
I hope you get there in the near future. 🙂
I’ve been to the Greek restaurant on 7th Street and didn’t see anything like that.
You and I have been at the same Greek restaurant. No view like this. 🙂
It’s getting cold here. 40s at night. I want to be there! Hot sun, white beaches and beautiful sea
Me too, me too. It’s cold here too. 🙂
