WW is a simple blog post featuring a photo which conveys a message that speaks for itself without using words.
For all the rule breakers, of which I am one, please feel free to add all the words you want.
Make sure you leave a link to your post and I’ll visit your Wordless Wednesday post.
Palawan, Philippines
Palawan is the largest island of the province of Palawan in the Philippines and fifth-largest by area and tenth-most populous island of the country, with a total population of 994,101 as of 2020 census. The north west coast of the island is along the South China Sea, while the south east coast forms part of the northern limit of the Sulu Sea. Much of the island remains traditional and is considered by some as under-developed. Abundant wildlife, jungle mountains, and some white sandy beaches attract many tourists, as well as international companies looking for development opportunities. Source: Wikipedia

Well..I’m new in this world of blogging, so this idea it’s very new for me 🙂 But I love it! How can I do something like that ?
And your photo is really awesome , don’t worry about breaking rules 😀
I usually post places I’d love to visit. Just have fun. 🙂
Gorgeous view of this place from above. Beautiful beach and crystal clear water.
A place I would love to visit. 🙂
Oh wow, that’s absolutely beautiful there.
It is and it’s a place I’d love to visit. 🙂
The shadow of the trees is pretty on the beach. Looks like a tropical paradise there for sure.
It sure is. I lovely place to vacation. 🙂
It sure is pretty!
It sure is, Miss Molly. 🙂
We first thought of Gilligan’s Island with the boat up on the beach and that deserted look. Beautiful!
It sure is beautiful and so was Gilligan’s Island. 🙂
That green is divine! Lovely place. I told you once. Sometimes I really can not imagine the reality there.
But I’ll try harder!
Happy WW, dear Sandee and a fabulous week. Thank you for the blog hop!
It’s a real place and I’d love to visit there, Suzana. 🙂
We have a good friend who lives in the Philippines. We hope to get there some day, and when we do, we will have to remember this beautiful place!
I would love to visit all of the Philippines. Beautiful. 🙂
It sounds perfect. So of course, somebody wants to develop it. I get so frustrated!
I hope they don’t develop it. Leave it as it is. 🙂
SO beautiful. Too far away for me to go to though. Thanks for hosting. Have a great day. XO
We don’t travel anymore. We had a big trip planned and then the virus hit and that was that. To the boat and back is all we’re going to do. 🙂
Sandee,
It’s interesting when I think of ‘island’, I think of small. I think it’s amazing there are islands such as this that aren’t only heavily populated but still has a wilderness. Traditional ways of doing things isn’t always a bad thing. I bet the people who live there don’t suffer with the same anxieties of westerners. I’m not saying it’s easy for them but are well adjusted with what they have. We would fall to pieces on the other hand if tried living in an under-developed country. Beautiful photograph!
It’s a slower pace indeed. I can remember going to Hawaii in the 80s and our first island was Kauai and we were going a million miles an hour when we got there and after a day or two we had settled in to the pace. It was a wonderful thing. Love and hugs, Cathy. 🙂
this makes me long to wade in that clear water.
Makes two of us. I’d be in that water in a hot second. 🙂
That sure is a pretty place!
It sure is. I want to go. 🙂
Beautiful in its natural setting. Happy Wednesday!
I hope they can keep in its natural setting. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
The green, clear water is so beautiful and the palm trees scream “vacation time”.
Yes it does and I’d love to visit this beautiful island. 🙂
Here’s hoping things don’t get too developed by those international companies; this looks so beautiful as it is.
We can hope, but you know how it goes. Follow the money. 🙂
The colors are amazing.
Yes they are. So beautiful. 🙂
Sounds pretty interesting.
It sure does. A place I’d love to visit. 🙂
What a beautiful spot! We sure hope those developers don’t get their way. It would ruin what is special about Palawan.
Thanks for hosting, Sandee. Happy Wednesday to you, my friend!
I’ve got my fingers and toes crossed that they fail. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
Gorgeous and refreshing. I just returned from a 50 min ‘hood walk. A dip in those waters would have been wonderful
Hugs
Cecilia
I would join you if I could. Hugs. 🙂
Whoa…very beautiful. Looks like you and I had the same idea today. 😉
Yes we did. We both had boats too. Excellent. 🙂
Wish I were on one of those catamarans.

That’s a pretty picture full of soft green. Almost makes me dizzy looking down from such a great height.
Hope your Wednesday is good so far. <3
Can you imagine being there for a couple of weeks? I could. 🙂
I know I commented earlier so it may have gone to spam. I said something like, that is the definition of idyllic.
I checked my spam folder and you’re not in there, Jackie. I’m glad you re-posted your comment. Hugs. 🙂
Looks most inviting ~ hope it can remain that way ~ Xo
Lots of hugs and love ~

A bit of unspoiled wilderness, it’s beautiful.
It sure is, my friend. Hugs. 🙂
Some places should be left under-developed. They’re called “Happy Places”. Just sayin’.
I agree with you. I hope this happens here. 🙂
I let others speak for me on Wednesday
Good for you, Paul. 🙂
It looks awesome there.
It sure does and I’d love to spend a couple of weeks here. 🙂
