WW is a simple blog post featuring a photo which conveys a message that speaks for itself without using words.
For all the rule breakers, of which I am one, please feel free to add all the words you want.

I would love to go on a cruise. Not sure what destination I would choose though
I’m not for the big ships, but love to cruise on our boat. Many love going on cruises. There is food everywhere. 🙂
Wow! I would love to climb aboard but only if she stays docked.
Well that’s a good way to do it without getting seasick. I’ve seen some pretty sick folks. 🙂
Lovely photo of the Queen Mary. We sailed transatlantic on her once, but to be honest it was too formal for us with nearly every night being a formal night. We prefer Princess which still has some formal nights but not so regulated. We usually go to one and on any other formal nights go to one of the speciality restaurants where dress code is smart casual.
I have often noticed in your live feed and on others too that it says I am in Tenbury Wells. Today I decided to look up exactly where that is and it is 201.2 miles from me! I think they are slightly out on location!
Do you have privacy mode on where it changes your IP address? My says San Jose, but that’s now where I am. 🙂
I don’t know. I couldn’t find a setting for it but possibly do have it turned on.
When we did cruise there was only one formal night each week. I can handle that. I like casual better too. 🙂
What a fab photo a city on a ship I wanna ride 🚢 🙂
Have an ahoytheretastic week and WWS 👍
I’ll meet you there, Steve and we can all go together. 🙂
Mom has taken a cruise there, but not on that ship. Beautiful place for cruising.
I’ve heard it’s worth the going to cruise in Norway. 🙂
That would be a nie ship to cruise on. Thanks for hosting. Have a great day! XO
It would indeed. I would like to tour it, but not cruise on it. 🙂
I’ve never been on a cruise and I wonder what it will be like. For now I will dream of the travel destinations I imagine them coming to my doorsteps. ;-))
Dreams in the times of Covid. 🙂
How have you been Sandee?
Any short boat trips on the anvil?
Loads of love and light, sweetheart. xox
N
We’ve been on a couple cruises so far this year. We were going to go next weekend, but a heatwave is coming though. Too hot. We are doing fine here. You should try a cruise at some point. Some love it and some don’t. 🙂
What a huge cruise ship. I have been on a cruise once but it was a small cruise ship.
Smaller is better if you ask me. The big ships you feel like cattle. 🙂
She is a beauty! No chips for me I don’t fly or float but I would like to walk around on her while she was tied to a post
We don’t anymore either. Just go to our boat and cruise our way. 🙂
What a magnificent vessel! For a long time a European trip was on my bucket list, but given the current state of the world (covid, terrorism, etc.) I have pretty much lost the desire to travel abroad. I always wanted to see some of the stunning architecture.
Me too, my friend. We stay around home and our marina. It works for us. 🙂
So elegant! Happy Wednesday!
It is indeed. I would love to see the inside of that vessel. 🙂
That waterway doesn’t look big enough to accomodate that queen of a ship!
It sure doesn’t, but it’s there anyway. Must be very deep water. 🙂
Is amazing ❤
It is indeed, Kinga. 🙂
Oh Sandee that looks so grand! Have a lovely Wednesday and week! Hugs! 🙂 <3
I’d rather be on your dock with you. 🙂
That is a beautiful ship!
It is indeed. Beautiful inside too. 🙂
What an amazing ship, and beautiful location! I’m always amazed at how things that are so big can float! 😉
Happy Wordless Wednesday, Sandee. Thank you for hosting!
They float very nicely. Happy Wordless Wednesday. 🙂
Looks inviting! But I don’t have sea legs!
I’m happy I do and we don’t get seasick either. 🙂
Er, Ms. Sandee, is that ship stuck?!?! It looks way too big for that river/canal or whatever sort of water it is in and I surely can see how it might be stuck, but not how it turn around!
Purrseidon, who also thinks that deck is way too high up to dive off of….
No it’s not. I would love to cruise in those waters, but not on something that big. 🙂
I bet a lot of people are longing to go on a cruise.
I’m sure you’re right about that, Binky. 🙂
It’s so big! Godzilla, compared to other ships, houses. 😊
A beautiful, surreal image!
Have a fabulous day, Sandee! ❤️ Big hug!
It is dwarfing everything around it. You have a fabulous day too, Diana. 🙂
Wow, that sure is impressive!
It sure is. I had no idea this ship was even in Norway. 🙂
So beautiful! On a day that it will once again reach 100F, it’s the kind of image that will help deal with the unrelenting heat. Thanks for the ‘cool’ photo.
We’re having the same heat here. Stay cool, my friend. 🙂
Oh Sandee that looks magnificent!
Happy Wednesday!
It does indeed. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
Holy cow that is a huge ship! Have a perfect day!
It sure is. You have a perfect day too. 🙂
Wow! How huge! How small the houses next to him look like …
Have a fine week, Sandee! ♥
Yes that ship dwarfs everything else. You have a fine week too, Zina. 🙂
Awesome photo of the Queen Mary ~
Lots of Xo’s to you from me and Angel ~ XoXo
Live in the moment,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
It is indeed. A beautiful vessel inside and out. Love and hugs to you both. 🙂
I would love a ‘trip’ on such a cruise! Lovely image!
Thank you, Sandee!
Happy WW and a beautiful week! Thank you for the linking!
They have smaller ships that cruise here and I think that would suit us better. You’re most welcome for the link. 🙂
We have a Queen Mary docked over in Long Beach. Used now for tourism and has a wonderful restaurant. I wish things were clear enough to go cruising. I was never into them but now… I can’t wait to get out and would love to be a passenger on anything right now.
I’ve seen that Queen Mary. It sure does have a wonderful restaurant. I think most of us are tired of being home for over a year. 🙂
gigantic! I missed my first cruise because of covid :(.
I’m sorry about that, Klara. We have our own boat so we can cruise whenever we want, but most of last year nothing was open. 🙂
Now isn’t that the truth! I saw what Steve said… “A City on a Ship”! Absolutely perfect because that’s what it looks like to me. I’ve never been on a ship…. nope, I lied! Yes, I have! I was on my brother’s ship that was still docked. He was in the Navy & I was only 14, and I made them show me and prove that it was still docked. hahaha I know I’m a fraidy cat! Anyway, were you ever on one of these or go somewhere on one? Did you get sick? OMG It looks like a small city that floats. So, for me nope don’t like boats.. I’ll go on the motor boats close to land. My brother has one and he has a summer home right on Lake Michigan. He retired there. Her’ really smart when it comes to fixing cars, and remodeling the house. He use to make phony mountains… you know the kind that’s miniature golf or he did one inside a restaurant and it was a water-fall, and soon as he did that he put one in his backyard waterfall. It was so cool. He’s not my real brother… step-brother if you will, but he’s a helleva nice guy (nicer than his father never really got along with him) guess my dad comes first. My dad passed away at 57 of Lung Cancer. He smoked up a storm. I’m the only one left of our family. My real brother died at 44 of Cancer too. My Mom was 84 thank God and she died in her sleep, God bless her. I miss her a lot. Anyway Ms. Lovely, you have a wonderful day, and let me know when you do the exciting stuff and send me pics… so I can feel like I went there too! Love you my lil’ sis! Love you big time! HUGS & SMOOCHES…. me P.S. A big hello to you & the hubby from me and my hubby. Oh hubby got me a bouquet of roses and the kids got me flowers too… I’ll put a picture up next Wednesday of them they’re gorgeous and smell diving for my birthday last Sunday and hubby and I went to a Chinese buffet place. LOVE CHINESE FOOD!!!! Kids got me flowers too (an assortment), and my eldest daughter and 2 grandchildren took me too Portillos and I had my “Garbage Salad” is what they call it and the dressing is great and the Italian bread is made right there. mmmmmmmm OKAY NOW I’M HUNGRY! hahaha Love you my sista from anotha mutha!!!! HUGS & SMOOCHES!
Yes, hubby and I have been on cruises. We went from San Diego to Hawaii. We’ve also been to the Caribbean. They are big cities on the water. We prefer our own boat than these big ships. Love you bunches. 🙂
oooops sorry it’s so long! LOVE YA It’s just that it’s been a while. Should’ve sent you an email…. so sorry! HUGS
Love you too, honey. I miss you bunches when you’re not around. Hugs. 🙂
How beautiful!!! If it weren’t for the coronavirus, Mom would love to be on a cruise – so much fun and delicious food!!!
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
I get food fatigue on these cruise ships. Everything starts to taste the same. I like our little boat far better. The virus doesn’t hurt us any one bit when we’re on our own boat. 🙂
Beautiful🤗💕
It is indeed. I found a video of the inside of the ship. It’s beautiful. 🙂
Wow, magnificent!
It is indeed. This cruise ship has style. 🙂
I have seen the Queen Mary 1 in Long Beach in person. This is a beautiful pic. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
I have too, Patrick. Most impressive. You have a wonderful rest of the week too. 🙂
Thanks for the great shot! My Son is glad the cruises are starting up. He does cruise ship refits and heads out to his first job since February last year at the end of this month. He got his 2nd shot last week. Many companies are short on qualified people who have had both. I would love to go to some of the places he had had the opportunity to visit.
It’s a floating city!
It is a floating city indeed. 🙂
I’m happy your son is going back to work. It’s been a tough time for so many. Hugs all around and a smooch to Marv. 🙂
I don’t know which is more beautiful the cruise ship or the scenery!
I think the scenery for me, but the ship looks so huge and everything around it so small. 🙂
Sandee, so sorry about being a stranger but with getting covid and going to caregiver, I don’t have as much time. Hope to be back soon but unsure when.
Love the picture of the boat. So big, beautiful and colorful
I wondered what happened to you. Take care of yourself. Scritches to Daisy Mae. 🙂
It always amazes me how huge some of these ships are!!
They seem to be getting bigger and bigger too. Smooches to Luke. 🙂
I love cruising. I’m hoping we’ll get back to cruising on those huge ships. They are so much fun.
Hubby and I didn’t much care for the last cruise so we won’t be going anymore. We prefer our own small boat and the privacy. 🙂
Now that’s what you call aclassy looking cruise liner! One day …!
Yes it is. Lots better looking than the new ones. 🙂
Thanks for choosing to share your link this week at ‘My Corner of the World’!
You’re most welcome, Betty. It was an honor. 🙂
Nice image! my interest in big cruise liners has waxed and waned over the years. Taking a short cruise on your boat would be a blast, I bet. ~hugs~ Be well, my dear.
Yes our boat is more fun, but not a lot of service. Well unless I feel like being a great hostess. 🙂
