Excellent ingredients. I think I’m a bit short on a couple of them so I should try and stock up 🙂

I am thankful that in our very old age my hubby and I can still drive and walk and do housework and MOVE. we have friends who are not so blessed, friends our age that can’t walk or drive or do housework..
I hear you. We are both active too and we know many that are couch potatoes and some could get up and get around, but they won’t. 🙂

I am thankful for good health. We have not had a lot of that this month. I am hoping to get back there!
