It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.
I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.
Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.
I’m thankful that hubby and I found each other many years ago. You know when you’ve found the one. It’s even better when both feel the same way about the other.
I’m thankful for my family. They are a joy. Especially our grands and great grands. It’s good to see the family grow and thrive. Although we can’t visit we do share photographs with each other.
I’m thankful for the warm weather we’ve been enjoying. Even though we aren’t cruising because of the virus, it’s still good to have the warm weather. I would be happy with less rain though.
What are you thankful for today?

Even though the temperatures have dropped a bit from the wonderful spring like days we were having, I’m still thankful that we are so close to more spring like weather
We have a storm coming in this weekend and we’re back to rain and cold. Oh well. 🙂
Blessed warmer weather!
It’s beautiful today, but that will change on the weekend. A storm coming in from Alaska. 🙂
You both are so lucky to have found each other and to be so happy together. Not everyone finds that special person. Stay safe.
Yes we are. I’m a lucky gal. 🙂
Very nice thankful list. I know it is tough not seeing the little ones right now, but thank God for photos and video chats. Stay healthy. XO
Yes, we are enjoying those and often. You stay healthy too, Ellen. 🙂
i am never home on Thursday and that is my day off from blogging, i saw last week while staying home the thank Thursday but forgot. will try to remember next Thursday and if i do will be thankful i remembered… i am thankful also that i have bob to be here with me while we wait out this virus… and for 35 years together
It’s a wonderful meme to give thanks. We sure have much to be thankful for. 🙂
Those are really nice thankfuls and I know the Mom and Dad here are thankful to have found each other too. Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
When you find the right one it’s a wonderful thing. Hubby and I are both lucky for that. 🙂
I’m thankful that everyone else gets to feel like I do-stuck in a cage all the time.
I don’t feel like I’m stuck in a cage, Kismet. I like being home. 🙂
Love your post, Miss Sandee. We are thankful for the beautiful spring flowers!
I enjoy you showing them too, Miss Molly. 🙂
❤️❤️❤️

Our temps dropped but it is still spring like weather. The sun is shining, bees are buzzing and more pink buds on the trees. Our county, which includes Atlanta is shelter in place until April 13th. We’re safe in our apartment, thus far. 🌼 🌻 🌞
It is here too, but this weekend it’s going to be cold and wet. Windy too. 🙂
Oh, no. I’d hoped you could still go cruising. 🙁 But please stay safe, sane, sheltered, and supplied. ~hugs~
We can, Darla, but nothing is open so what’s the point. We’ll hopefully get out on the water after this month. Be safe too. 🙂
Wonderful list ~ good thing you are enjoying each other ~ and it has been raining here also and no boating ~ not much of anything but
‘sheltering in place.’ ~
Lots of Xox to you from me and Zoe ^_^
Be Well,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
We figure we’re better off just staying home. We could go to the boat, but there’s nothing to do. Everything is closed. Be well. 🙂
Sandee my friend moved to FL to look after her parents(fixed income)…my friend had a good job, they bought a house about 2 years ago. Fast forward. She is on a type of furlough now…no pay check. Hoping the federal financial payout will help her.
She is mostly worried about her folks (in mid and late 80’s) not having a proper Easter with the rest of the family in FL. I suggested maybe dessert via Face Book…
Hugs Cecilia
It’s a hard time for many. I hope this lock-down is over soon. Big hug. 🙂
Wonderful thankfuls today…I’m with you about the rainy days…we have gotten a couple of days of sunshine, but this weekend the rain is suppose to return.
There’s sunshine today, but that’s not going to last. Oh well, April showers bring May flowers. 🙂
I’m thankful for family and friends. I don’t know what I’d do without them. Guess I’m just that kinda person. My No. 1 would be my children always and then hubby. My life would be nothing without them. Then of course distant family and friends. Not just hello friends, but true friends… like you my love. I don’t like phony people, but people with a good heart like you my friend. I’m really worried about this virus stuff. I wonder sometimes is this the end of the world or is it just me cuz I’m getting older, but I’ll tell ya what it does scare the bageezes out of me!!! Have a good day, stay safe and remember you’re always in my heart. So happy I met you. HUGS
No this is not the end of the world. Many horrible things have happened in the past that makes this looks like nothing. Not to worry. Hugs. 🙂
Like you say, we still can keep in touch with our loved ones. Stay healthy, all of you ❤.
Yes you can and it’s not that hard to reach out with whatever medium you have to chose from. 🙂
Your words totally resonate with me- family near and far are so dear and important. And finding the perfect partner can
be just sheer luck.As with Russell and I who met in the most amazing way. Otherwise we most likely would never have met.
Hugs to you and Zane! xoxo
I hear you. Zane did my background investigation many years ago. I remember him coming to my home and my first thought was WOW. Handsome. Hugs to you and Russell. 🙂
I’m thankful my hubby and I found each other as well. ♥
We are getting rain then snow, rain then snow, and round and round it goes. Today snow turning to rain was on the menu (probably back to snow before the evening is over though!!) We’re ready for some sunshine and warmth!!
At least Luke and I got in our walk this morning, I am thankful for every day that we get to walk.
Spring will show up at some point. I’m ready. So are you and Luke. Walks are the bomb. 🙂
GA is finally getting on the band wagon and making shelter in place mandatory tomorrow, FINALLY!
We’ve been locked-down for several weeks. Yes staying away from others is a good thing right now. Stay well, Sandie. 🙂
Thankful for waking today.
That’s always a great thankful. 🙂
Family is the best. Hope you had a great Thursday!
Yes indeed, my friend. 🙂
Thankful for a wonderful husband, for two darling kitties to entertain us each day, and for our wonderful family near and far. Especially thankful for technology that allows us to visit face to face even though we’re all hibernating due to the virus.
Yes on all counts, Bette. I’m thankful for those things too. 🙂
We are thankful that we’re all still standing
That makes two of us. 🙂
At a time like this, when I am in close quarters with my hubby 24 hours a day, I am more grateful than ever that I found such a perfect partner for me! It’s been a while since I linked up to Brian’s Thankful Thursday – nice to “see” you again!
Hubby and I are together all the time too. I’m just as lucky. We get along well and I’m happy about that. 🙂
Thankful for family and friends. Staying connected through phone calls and whatsapp. Looking forward to the time when we can meet up again.
We’re all looking forward to seeing our family and friends again. 🙂
Lots of thankfulness today and always. Thanks for being here and sharing. Stay safe and healthy.
You have a great day and weekend, Anne. Big hug. 🙂
I’m thankful for facetime. It’s the only way we can see our granddaughter “live” at least til June probably 🙁
Same here. I miss holding my greats a lot. Oh well. Happy weekend. 🙂
Much to be thankful for right now. I stay off social media or I could forget that whole attitude of gratitude and get sunk in sadness. I like your weekly prompt to remember and focus.
All of the best!
I’m not spending much time on social media right now. It’s crazy out there. Stay well. 🙂
