Sunday is the place to come for weekly laughs. The rules are simple, just have fun.
This is a great opportunity to get to know other bloggers and have a laugh or two in the process. Here is how it works: Laugh and Link Up!
Three patients at a psychiatric clinic are up for release. The shrink informs them that they will have to pass a simple test. Asking the first patient:
Q. How much is two plus two?
A: Blue. At which the kind doctor calls in the orderly to escort the patient back to his room.
Turning to the second patient, he asks what is six minus three?
To which the patient replies: Square.
Once again the orderly is called in to remove the patient.
Turning to the third and last patient, he asks, ”How much is five plus five?”
The patient answers very confidently: Ten.
The doctor, amazed then inquires how did you figure it out?
The patient: ”Easy. Blue multiplied by square equals ten.”

Ha, he'd soon be escorted back as well wouldn't he. Warm greetings!
Well, we have to consider where they are don't we. 🙂
Lmao he should be set free just for that brilliant answer
Have a faillesstastic day Sandee :-f
I thought it was rather clever too. 🙂
They need to start a math class in that clinic. If 2+2=Blue and 6-3=square then blue multiplied by square is not 10 it's 12. 🙂
Well, you get a free ticket out of that place. 🙂
Despite her over thinking on this one, I think Ann is quite correct.
I do too Rhonda. 🙂
NOW I know why teachers wanted us to write out our formulas in Math class, and not just put the answer. Took me many years to understand that one, lolol!!
When you take assessment test for college they make you give your formulas too. 🙂
Haha…but scary. Thanks for the smiles.
Big hugs, honey…
You're most welcome honey. 🙂
Oh goody a new math. Always something new for the kids to learn. Sandee, You and Zane have a fantastic Sunday.
Yes, there is always something new to learn. 🙂
Heeheehee! Promote that third one to calculus class!
I think they are there by now. 🙂
As a Mathemajician myself, I have taken and passed those tests. Okay, maybe it took more than one try but, I passed.
Good for you Timothy. Not everyone can get these kinds of tests. 🙂
That does it, I'm carrying a calculator where ever I go in case someone asks me questions like that.
That's a good idea. 🙂
Doesn't blue multiplied by square equal ten? My grade 4 class would say it does. The new math of today will give you this. I'm confused.
Have a wonderful Monday, no Friday, no Saturday, wait a minute it's Sunday, yes it's Sunday. have a wonderful Sunday Sandee & Zane. See ya
PS: You can see why I need my cruise. ha,ha,ha.
You'll be going on your cruise soon and that rocks. 🙂
I try not to math on Sunday, so I'll take his word for it. 😉
big hugs xoxo
I try not to do math most days. 🙂
LOL Sandee, this is great! Thanks so much for sharing, and thank you as well for adding my blog link to your post today. I really appreciate your kindness. 🙂 I hope your week will be fantastic! 🙂
You're most welcome on the link. I loved your funny video today. 🙂
Hope you had a nice weekend.
We are still enjoying our weekend. It's Sunday here. 🙂
Clearly Ann should be released!
Yes, she was released. She's a smart one. 🙂
Ha ha..so none got released on that day!
Not in that group, but a couple of my commenters got it right. 🙂
so funny and so logical? hahahah! Have a great Sunday!
Yes, if you get math logic. 🙂
Broccoli. OK, I'll go back to my room, I don't need an escort.
Yep, I'm coming with you. 🙂
Bwahahahahahahaha!!!! :)) :-f :-h d-)
Well, it is Silly Sunday Mike. 🙂
Common core math? Lol! Sounds like it.
I guess, I've no idea. 🙂
I always love coming here and having a real laughing out loud moment… that is FUNNY!
Pure silliness isn't it. 🙂
Sounds a little like "Common Core" math.
Probably is. Who knows. 🙂
I believe I'm with Kismet, "I'll go back to my room, I don't need an escort." Laughing…Great post, Sandee!
Wait up, I'll come with you. 🙂
You have to love color shape math.
And I don't particularly. 🙂
