I sent Phil the links to both posts I did on his visit. Phil’s back in Perth, Australia and I received this message from him yesterday and wanted to share it with you (he sent the picture below too). I’m so happy he didn’t get sick and I knew he had a great time. Again I thank everyone that made his visit so special.

You both have some delightful and warm friendly fellow yachties.
Loved meeting them all.
The video was really great and will cherish that.
Arrived home yesterday after a month away.
Things are slowly returning to normality [smiles].
Pack your bags and come down under, love to show you this part of the world.
Have to get into a frame of mind to blog this weekend.

We tried to make him feel welcome the entire time he was here. He did tell someone in the yacht club that most of the time when he visited folks just said hi and then left him to fend for himself. We didn't do that. 🙂

We were right in the middle of terrible colds. Apparently not contagious anymore, but I had my worst day on Saturday. Medicated something awful. I'm still not fully well. 🙂

We didn't cook for him either. We did have sandwiches on the dock with chips and later there was a tray of shrimp though. Way too much food. 🙂
