I would love to utilize my executive ability. Unfortunately we don’t have enough employees to go around any more so I have to do all my own work…lol
It’s amazing the folks that won’t work anymore. Sad. 🙂
Thanks for this wonderful community!
You’re most welcome. Thank you for being a part of this community. 🙂
Those are all fantastic. Mom has her employees but she doesn’t like managing others, so they just do what they want, when they want as long as their job gets done.
As long as the work gets done then all is well. 🙂
My son is a professional entrepreneur. And I was the executive when my kids were little and needed to be taught a lesson, LOL! Guess it didn’t stick.
My son is too. Mine didn’t stick either, Amy. 🙂
Those are all so true, especially that last one!
I so remember. They would take Monday each week and have big head meetings that we had to attend. My in basket was overflowing. 🙂
Thanks for the chuckle and for hosting. Have a great day. XO
You’re most welcome, Ellen. Scritches to the kitties and you have a great day too. xo 🙂
4 was my life at work for 14 years. It was like the titles that started with a C were out there making it impossible for us to get the job done.
I so remember, Sandra. Very frustrating. I’m so glad I’m retired. Scritches to Beau. 🙂
These are great and I can relate to Peter Drucker’s quote. Happy Tuesday!
I think anyone that has ever worked can relate to that one. Happy Tuesday, my friend. 🙂
You’re a great weekly host. Some really great joiners this week. Your four are fun as usual.
I just like having a happy place and I have some great blogging friends. You’re one of them. Thank you. 🙂
When I read quotes like that, I am so thankful I’m retired. There’s altogether too much truth in them there words.
I’m so glad I’m retired too. I can still remember the many frustration while working. Management was one of the biggest frustrations. 🙂
Sandee clapping with glee these are so true.
Hugs
Cecilia
They sure are. Aren’t you glad you’re retired? Me too. Hugs. 🙂
Fun ‘work’ quotes ~ lol ~ thanks,
Lots of hugs and love to you from me and Ziggy ~ Xos
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

I’m so happy I no longer work. It was frustrating to say the least. Not all the time, but way to often. Love and hugs to you and Ziggy. 🙂
From my days on the corporate ladder, I don’t see one here that I disagree with 😉
I was on the same ladder, Mike. I was the boss too. I know others felt the same way about me at times. 🙂
Love that last one – LOL!
The last one is so very true. I so remember. 🙂
Bwahahaha! I haven’t been retired long enough not to read those frames and have my head nodding up and down in agreement. 😆
It’s been over 20 years for me, but I remember them very well. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Elsa. 🙂
Those all are pretty funny. Wishing you a lovely Tuesday ♥
They are if you’re not working anymore. You have a lovely Tuesday too, Barbara. 🙂
Thanks for the giggles…I sure do enjoy not having to deal with the day to day work grind.
That makes two of us. I had some great bosses and some really awful ones. 🙂
Thank you 🙏🏽 Aloha
You’re most welcome, Cloudia. Scritches to Pixie. 🙂
I relate to the third one. 🙂 Have a nice week, Sandee.
I hear you, Klara. That’s a good one indeed. Happy Tuesday. 🙂
Sandee,I can’t hate any day of the week. I like you am a profession retired person.
Retirement rocks and we’re enjoying every minute of it. Happy Tuesday. Scritches to Screwball. 🙂
Heeheehee! Entrepreneur, that’s a good definition.
Some managers are mean, I ought to know, I have to manage myself and I’m the meanest manager I’ve ever had.
Happy Tuesday hugs to you and scritches to Li’l Bit.
You’re a sweetheart. I would work for you. I’m not sure I could do half of what you do, but I’d work for you. Hugs to you, my friend. 🙂
Oh, I can relate to some of these. That Peter Drucker one is sometimes right on!
It sure is right on. Happy week. 🙂
These are brilliant lol xxx
They are and working can be made so very difficult. 🙂
The reward of a job well done is retirement.
Amen to that, Patricia. I agree. 🙂
Peter Drucker! That’s a blast from the past. Required reading in one of my college classes.
A great required reading. Have a great week, my friend. 🙂
All so very true.
It sure is. Sadly. Happy week, Patrick. 🙂
I was fortunate to have decent employers from start to finish but retirement is the best. 😀 Blessings, my dear.
Thank you for the laughs.😃.🤗.❤️
You’re welcome, Michelle. 🙂
Yes, hate the whole week!
Sometimes I felt that way too. 🙂
