Awww Mondays

Join us every Monday for Awww…Mondays.

Post a picture that makes you say Awww…and that’s it.

Make sure you leave a link to your post and I’ll visit your Awww…Mondays post.

What better way to start the week than with a smile.

This is our outdoor kitty, Lil’Bit. We bought some Temptation treats and hubby has been going to the patio each afternoon and giving Lil’ Bit a few. Then this happened. We are over the moon. This kitty loves anything seafood. It no longer looks wild or underweight. Lil’Bit is using the litter box outside and loves its new scratcher.

Last Sunday Lil’ Bit came inside to eat and groom. We can’t close the door or it panics and wants outside, but if we leave the door cracked it can leave when it wants. We are so happy! Progress.

So, Hi Sista, How ya doin? Great as usual I hope! I tried to make an Awesome Monday, but it didn’t quite work… but some of it’s there.. 🙁 I’m just too tired to figure it out. Been a bit under the weather. Do you believe we had snow already? I mean DANG! Anyway, who loves ya Sis!!!!???? MEEEEEEEE HUGS!!!

I had a wonderful boy who looked so much like Lil Bit. He just showed up and made himself at home! Perhaps Lil Bit used to have a home…but in any case, we are thrilled this is starting to work out with your patience, love, and great treats!

This little one was so sad when we noticed it in our back yard. We started feeding it and it came by more and more. Now it hangs around most of the time. So precious. 🙂

    OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH MYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY CATS
Zane knows just where to scratch Lil Bits noggin. I am clapping and meowing with glee. I love that LB is gradually getting comfie with indoor and outdoor life.
Whisper into his/her ear welcome and yay for being such a brave little one
    Hugs Cecilia

So….you’ve taken in a new boarder and offering free rent, food and a bed. What a deal. I am sure the new Lil Bit will grow to love the new home and his/her rescue family. Have a blessed week.

this has a smile on my face so big it hurts. so very precious, in both videos. Makes me so happy for you and for Lil Bit… you have yourself a cat! congrats. she reminds me of our angel Brian and Angel Tigger and my sons’ angel Jesse James ad his now new lookalike from the ferals, Bandit. Bandit is now a feral turned house cat.

I’m so happy to see that L’il Bit is getting a whole lot more love and affection than she did before. Trust comes little bit by little bit, so you’re doing a good of socializing her. She sure is a cutie!

    • Sandee says:

She was pretty sad when we first saw her. Sad and hungry. We finally got her through the food anxiety stage. Now she’s just ready for her food. We love her. 🙂

  7. Gattina says:

You will see in a few time she will go in and out and has really moved in ! Do you have a cat flap, that’s what we had put in the garage door so all of our 4 cats could go in and out ! Rosie I discovered now is rather an inside cat. She doesn’t even want to go on the terrace !While the 3 others who unfortunately died after 20 years were more outside than inside ! (Depending the weather) I will move into a retirement home next week. It all happened after the death of Rick, before I was never sick.

    • Sandee says:

We don’t have a cat flap. We could do one though. We would love for this little one to be an indoor cat.

I’m happy you’re moving into your new home next week. Hopefully things will be better for you. Healing hugs, Gattina. 🙂

What exciting news! Lil Bit is one very gorgeous kitty. Congrats on the progress. Here’s to loads more fishy treats, scritches and purrs. Happy Mondy, dear Sandee. Bless you and Zane for befriending this furry friend.

    • Sandee says:

We don’t over feed, but it was sure hungry when it first showed up. Had food anxiety very badly. That has finally passed and it knows there is food. Happy week. A hug to you and scritches to Elsa. 🙂

  9. A ShutterBug Explores says:

Hooray! I’m glad for all 3 of you.

I hope you all have a blessed week, hugs to you and scritches to Li’l Bit.

    • Sandee says:

We think it’s a girl and we think it’s pregnant. We’ll get her through all that and she can have her babies. We’ll get them taken care of at the vets office when they are ready and then adopt them out. We will take care of her babies. 🙂
