Police in Oakland, California spent two hours negotiating with a gunman who had barricaded himself inside his home. After firing ten tear gas canisters, they discovered that the man was standing beside them, shouting to please come out and give himself up.

    My pet rock just asked me if he made a gun-looking thing out of cheese, would I be forced to take him to an ATM? "Nawp", I responded, "I'd just feed your gun looking cheese thing to a dog". That got a hearty "PHFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT!!!"
