Cats are smarter than humans and would never dress like that. Oops forgot they don't dress—must have been some stupid human who is trying to tell us something.
I've had many cats over the years and I've never dressed them ever. Just didn't seem like something they wanted and I certainly didn't want scratched up trying to dress them. 🙂
