Friendly Fill-ins

Each Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions.

Ellen came up with the first two questions and Lorianne came up with the last two questions.

If you need help, please let either Ellen or Lorianne know.

Here are this weeks questions:
1. It’s about time _________________.
2. An anecdote I like to tell is _____________.
3. I wish there was a way to ______ without ______.
4. Too many people take _________ for granted.

Here are my answers:
1. It’s about time to get my spring/summer clothes out.
2. An anecdote I like to tell is I’ll have your badge and I pay your salary. I can’t count the times I’ve been told one, the other or both in my 25 years in law enforcement.
3. I wish there was a way to have a clean house without all the cleaning.
4. Too many people take most things for granted.

Look at that gorgeous cat and its eyes.
#3 amen to that. I get everything spic and span and sparkly then in one shake of a cat’s tail it is time to do it again.
Officially crazy weather in Raleigh we awoke to 66 degrees tomorrow morning it will be 25. I guess I’ll keep my long sleeves out longer.
    Happy Feline Friday
    Hugs cecilia

Yes you clean and then turn around and clean the same things again. Vicious circle.

Yikes on your weather. What a huge swing. Happy Friday and weekend, honey. Big hug. 🙂

Very cute kitty. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins. I love your answers. It is way too early where I live for spring clothes, but I think it is safe to put away my thermals. I am with you on 3 and 4. And #2 must have been annoying. Have a wonderful weekend. XO

    • Sandee says:

Two was annoying and I would just smile when they said those things. The name calling was even worse. I’ve been called every vile thing in the book. Again I would just smile. 🙂

  6. Deborah says:

I enjoyed the answers to your fill-ins! That is a beautiful close up really enhancing that cat’s gorgeous coloring Sandee! Have a fun Friday and weekend! Big hugs! 🙂 <3

  7. Cathy Kennedy says:

    Sandee,

You were in law enforcement? I would’ve never guessed! Too many people do take things for granted, including me sometimes. I try not to but it’s a human flaw. I’m ready to get spring clothing out but old man winter isn’t quite done with us yet. 🙂 Have a fantastic Friday!

    • Sandee says:

I started out as a deputy sheriff, was promoted to sergeant and then lieutenant. I worked the custody side of the hall. Hubby retired as assistant sheriff on the patrol side. Yes it was quite the career. Love and hugs 🙂

    Beautiful eyes!
I definitely won’t be doing #1 for a while. We have had a storm all day under a red weather warning with 90mph + wind. It has dropped to an amber warning now but still getting wind in excess of 65mph. 122mph was recorded up the coast from us earlier today!

  10. mjgolch says:

if we only a $10 bill for every time we were toldboth of those Sandee, they finally did get my Badge when the disability retirement was granted.Mine will be up soon.

  11. meowmeowmans says:

Beautiful kitty! Sandee, some people are so dang rude and self-important. I believe people said those things to you, but it makes me shake my head. Hope you have a great weekend, my friend!

    • Sandee says:

They said more hateful things than that and I would just smile. What can you do. Now the cops are the bad guys and the thugs are the good guys. Crazy. 🙂

  12. Darla M Sands says:

Perpetrators really say that? And worse?! ~shakes head~ I did not know you worked in law enforcement. Thank you for your service.

    ~hugs~

As for seasonal wardrobes, I only have one. I’ll wear shorts when temps are in the forties.

    lol

    Be well!

  13. Jen says:

I have never said your number 2 fill-in EVER in my life, to anybody. That is terrible. Truly. Thank you for your service. Knowing you, I know it was exemplary.
