Seymour #20

Well let’s back up just a pebble. We paid a retainer of $5,000 for Attorney Clay Feet to arrange bail with the Sledgehammer Bond Agency for Element’s release.

Das Skunk, send us a check please. Your son is again costing us lots.

We have several computers that are out of service at our home. We discovered one of the computers set up in the area under the stairwell off the laundry room. We found it due to the visit of Guido who demanded payment for Element’s gambling debts when we went looking for Element after we convinced the enforcer he wasn’t here.

What do we find? On-line gambling by Element who was sent with Seymour to keep Seymour out of trouble. Oh Boy, Das Skunk, have you checked your credit cards lately?

Today we had a visit from the local FBI office out of Modesto. Turns out that Element’s online gambling is not only illegal but his doing it through our ATT internet connection constitutes a Federal Offense for which we may be prosecuted!

All computers have been taken into Federal custody. We are having to do all blogging on our smart phones just purchased which is eating up our giga things.

There is an out dated Dell laptop at the boat that we can press into service for the time being. Meanwhile, Attorney Clay Feet is working on the entire issue of Judge Sandstone’s rulings on all these issues and his potential conflict of interest as well as preparing our defense.

Seymour just left to go check on Mary and her recovery from Julia’s wrath.

We bailed Element out of jail.

We found Seymour.

Around the corner.

With Mary Granite.

And Element told Julia.

We heard several Sheriff’s cars running code 3 and winding up around the corner. Julia and Mary are in a rock bashing brawl and the four of us ran to see what is happening. Oh Boy. There are several Deputies getting Julia off Mary and you don’t want to hear the language she is using. And this from a person who didn’t want Seymour anymore as her amour.

Mary is being attended by the arriving paramedics who are applying generous amounts of cement to her wounds. Julia is being hauled off to the Public Safety Center for battery and terrorist threats.

Arraignment TV is scheduled for tomorrow. I believe Judge Sandstone has the arraignment calendar.

Well we thought all had settled down, but the knock on the door and the look outside sent Element running to the back of the house.

Guedo filled the door frame and is looking for Element for gambling debts.

Oh Boy! Last time was a breeze. Now we have to deal with two of them.

“California Penal Code section 136.1. (a) Except as provided in subdivision (c), any person who does any of the following is guilty of a public offense and shall be punished by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year or in the state prison:

(1) Knowingly and maliciously prevents or dissuades any witness or victim from attending or giving testimony at any trial, proceeding, or inquiry authorized by law.”

Element has been picked up by the Sheriff’s Department and Seymour is on the run. My word, he has been here for no time at all and is already in more trouble than when here last time.

It seems that Element found out that Julia has talked to Judge Daddy and went over telling her in the strongest language not to testify against Seymour if it should go to court or if questioned by the Sheriff.

And we can’t find Seymour. We checked our hard line home phone and see that the last call was to the local taxi service.

They are no help in telling us where he has gone. Das Skunkmeister, if you hear from your son, let us know where he is. Trouble is brewing.
