Expensive Pizza
The most expensive pizza in the world costs $12,000 dollars. Thatโs because it takes 72 hours to make, and it can only be made in your home by 3 Italian chefs. The pizza is topped with 3 types of caviar, bufala mozzarella, lobster from Norway and Cilento, and pink Australian sea salt. Source: The Fact Site

Hmm…..I bet the pizza we get from the grocery tastes just as yummy as this ULTRA EXPENSIVE one and it doesn’t hurt our pocketbook as much! Tee Hee
Hugs, Teddy
You’re probably right about that. Happy WW and rest of the week. Scritches to handsome Teddy and a big hug to you. ๐
It does look yummy but way too expensive. There is no bad pizza anywhere!
Hubby and I love pizza and we make our own. Scritches to Duke. ๐
We would not even want to eat something that expensive. Some people have money to burn, though.
I hear you. I just found this so odd. I love odd facts. Happy WW and rest of the week. Scritches to the pups. ๐
It sounds good, but no pizza is worth even a fraction of that price!
I agree with you, Jackie. Our homemade pizza doesn’t cost very much. Big hug, my friend. ๐
I’ll stick with a good store frozen pizza. Alana ramblinwitham
I’m sticking with our homemade pizza. Happy WW and rest of the week. ๐
Wow! I would feel guilty eating it knowing there are people who are without food. Happy Wednesday.
I wouldn’t even order it, let alone eat one. Happy Wednesday, Eugenia. Hugs. ๐
Hugs backatcha! โฃ๏ธ
I don’t think I would even like that kind of pizza. I’ll stick with the monthly special in town for $10. Thanks for hosting. Have a great day. XO
I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t like it either. We love our pepperoni pizza just fine. ๐
I’m all for a good pizza but no way am I paying that much for one. I’m not so sure about caviar on a pizza either. I’ll take mine with mozzarella, pepperoni, onions and mushrooms.
I don’t think I would like this pizza at all. Way too expensive. Happy day and rest of the week, Ann. Big hug to you and lots of scritches to Gibbs. ๐
Well now, isn’t that something!
Obviously, the experience is as important as the pizza itself.
I don’t think the experience is worth all this money. Odd fact for sure. ๐
WOW looks very yummy. I do love a good slice of pizza. Often we stop by our local Harris Teeter’s pizza bar for a slice of Margarita Pizza which is only $2.50
Hugs and Happy 4th to you Sandee, Zane, Squeaker and Lil’bit
Cecilia
I’ll go with you for pizza. Way to expensive for me. Love and hugs my friend. ๐
Nope…not for us.
Nope, not for us either. Scritches to the kitties. ๐
I would not eat it is it was free, I only like pepperoni and cheese on mine and certainly not for those $$$
I hear you. We love our pepperoni pizza here. We add mushrooms, onion and olives. Delicious. A hug to you and lots of scritches to handsome Beau. ๐
Ummmm…nope. LOL Who would have thought pizza could cost so much LOL
I had no idea either. There are so many weird things the rich do that we don’t understand. Scritches to the pups. ๐
That sure is expensive, I’d prefer just pepperoni and cheese too please. I have no idea why I could only log in this way today.
Brian’s Home ~ Forever
Looks like we’re all in agreement with not having this way too expensive pizza. Happy Wednesday and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties. ๐
I don’t think I’d want caviar and lobster on my pizza.
I can guarantee I don’t want those things on my pizza either. Happy rest of the week, my friend. ๐
I’ll stick with our local pizza place. I feed the whole family there for a decade for $12K.
I found this so amazing that someone would spend this much money on one pizza. Happy Wordless Wednesday, my friend. ๐
We prefurr the home-made pizza, or the frozen ones, we can have a lifetime of pizza for that purrize๐Have a wonderful day and week ahead, dear Sandee, Zane and kitties too๐ธ๐พ๐ฝ๐
We make our own pizza. I can’t remember the last time we went out for a pizza. Happy Wordless Wednesday. Double Pawkisses to the kitties and a big hug to you. ๐
That pizza doesn’t even sound good to me. We’ll take a plain cheese pizza (or a pepperoni one every now and then) over that every time. And then we’d keep the extra $11,985. LOL
Have a great Wednesday, Sandee! ๐
I would keep the extra money too. I found this fact so very weird. Happy Wednesday, my friend. ๐
That is totally crazy. If Mom had three chefs coming to our house to cook, she would definitely go for something fancier than pizza, and she does not like caviar. Sorry we didnโt post today. XOCK, angels Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta & Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth, Calista Jo, Cooper Murphy, Sawyer, Kizmet, Audrey & Raleigh
That makes to of us. Happy Wordless Wednesday. Scritches to all the kitties, a smooch to Cooper Murphy and Sawyer and a big hug to you. ๐
Wow, that must be a truly delicious pizza at that price and effort. Amazing trivia Sandee. I love it. Happy Wordless Wednesday!
I love these weird facts. I always wonder what kind of a market this pizza has? Happy Wordless Wednesday, my friend. Hugs. ๐
Yes! It must be a very selective/selected market indeed. Thank you Sandee. Cheers.
Love pizza ~ classic cheese pizza ~ but think of how many people could be fed at the pizza of that pizza ~ world has gone mad ~
Hugs and love to you and your family ~ xo
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

I hear you, but I love these odd things. Happy Wordless Wednesday. Love and hugs to you and Ziggy. ๐
I love pizza. Pepperoni is a favorite.
http://www.rsrue.blogspot.com
We make our own pizza here. We love pepperoni too. ๐
Fascinating. I must be a cheap date since I’m good with a plain ole cheese pizza. Happy mid-week, dear Sandee.
I hear you. We quit going to the pizza places because they got so expensive. We make our own for a fraction of the cost of going out. ๐
And you can customize it exactly how you like. Win-win!
And we do. Happy rest of the week. ๐
Those slices look delicious! ๐ I love pizza, but even if I were rich, I wouldn’t spend that much for it! ๐ฒ You can feed a lot of starving people for $12,000. Happy Wednesday, Sandee! ๐ป Thanks for hosting the link-up.
I hear you about better ways to spend that money. Happy WW and rest of the week, Debbie. Hugs. ๐
That’s amazing, Glad to know about this pizza ๐
It is indeed. I had no idea a pizza could be this expensive. Happy WW and rest of the week. ๐
Mmm pizza!
That one is probably a little rich for my taste and budget, I’ll still with my favorites closer to home for now ๐
I love our homemade pizza. It’s not all that expensive either. Happy WW and rest of the week. ๐
If you’re rich enough, there’s lots of ways to waste your money!
And this is one of them. I can’t imagine. ๐
Nice as it sounds, I’ll stick to a margarita washed down with a mojito thank you!
I’ll do the same. You’re is a much better plan, Keith. ๐
Yum…I love pizza, but not for $12,000 although I’m sure it’s good. The local pizza place is fine for me. Have a great Wednesday!
I can’t imagine paying that much for a pizza. Goodness. You have a great Wednesday and rest of the week, Yvonne. ๐
Ouch, I will stick with my own homemade pizza, thanks
Thank you, Sandee, for the weekly linkup party. Happy #WW.
My entries this week #46+47
Hope you will join ES #WW https://esmesalon.com/tag/wordlesswednesday/ NOW OPEN
That makes two of us. Hubby and I enjoy our homemade pizza. Happy WW and rest of the week, my friend. ๐
Sandee, that is One Expensive Pizza, and one that I will pass on getting.
That makes two of us. Happy Wordless Wednesday, my friend. Scritches to Screwball. ๐
We don’t think our peeps would ever pay that much for a pizza, but if you know someone who did, can you tell them to send us the pizza bones?
Woos – Misty and Timber
I don’t know anyone that can afford this pizza. You can come over and have pizza with us. Scritches to the pups and a hug to you. ๐
The price &$$ of the pizza left us speechless on Wordless Wednesday, so that worked out purr-fectlyโฃ๏ธ๐นโค๏ธ
It left me pretty speechless too. A hug to mom and scritches to the kitties. ๐
THat’s ridiculous. We have a place that makes clam pizza which is pretty amazing and only $30. Nigella Lawson talked it up when she was here.
I’m with you on the cheaper pizza. We make ours for far less then 30.00. ๐
I’ve noticed once I’m full, I’m pretty content whether it was an expensive meal or a cheaper one, so I’ll stick with a local vegan pizza as a treat.
Have a fabulous rest of your week, you and Mr. Zane both and give those fur babies some extra pets from me, please.
I’ll take the cheaper meal every time. Love and hugs, my friend. ๐
I would feel so guiltyโlike it would be a sin to eat it! ๐
I wouldn’t even consider having this pizza. I was amazed that people would do this. Happy day and rest of the week. ๐
I think I’m way undercharging on my home-made pizza. lol Ah that’s okay the reward of DH’s Mmmms and thank yous is good enough for me, plus I love making it. Cooking is a gratifying thing to do, especially for those you love.
We enjoy making our pizzas too. Most delicious and a fraction of going out for a pizza. Love and hugs. ๐
That was supurr interesting, but we wouldn’t spend 12k on a pizza, we’d spend it on helping anipals that need it! Happy Caturday Sandee, sorry we missed the hop this week, we’ll try better next week!!
That’s a better way to spend that money. I’m with you. Scritches to the kitties and a big hug to you. ๐
No, thank you on that outrageous meal. lol Be well, my dear.
I can’t imagine. Shameful. Hugs. ๐
If I had $12,000 to spare, I think I’d blow it on something way more epic than pizza — not saying pizza isn’t epic, but, you know, a European vacation/cheese-tasting tour? Yeah…
I hear you. I would donate it to a no kill shelter. Happy week. ๐
ummm no thanks! Those toppings don’t even sound good, and I’m not a big fan of pizza normally anyway. haha ๐
It doesn’t sound good to me either. Happy day and week, my friend. ๐
