WW is a simple blog post featuring a photo which conveys a message that speaks for itself without using words.
For all the rule breakers, of which I am one, please feel free to add all the words you want.
Make sure you leave a link to your post and I’ll visit your Wordless Wednesday post.
Kaua’i Hawaii
Brilliant sunsets, pristine beaches, aquamarine skies – Kaua’i has mastered seduction. But the oldest island in the Hawaiian chain doesn’t have to resort to over-the-top luxury or tourist traps to entice; instead, it appeals to a no-muss, no-fuss type of traveler. Resorts are no taller than a coconut tree (literally). You prefer rural to resplendent? Kaua’i’s your island – there are only two major highways, and some regions can only be explored on foot or via one of the Resorts. Source: U.S. News

Beautiful. I’ve always wanted to visit Hawaii. I doubt I’ll ever get there but it sure would be nice.
I’ve been twice. It’s a most beautiful adventure. Kauai is my favorite of all the islands. The Garden Island. 🙂
It is beautiful. We went there on a cruise some years ago and visited several of the islands. I wish I could go back but am no longer able to fly.
Hubby and I cruised there from San Diego and back. We visited many of the islands. It was a wonderful adventure. 🙂
LQQKS beautiful there I am booking my flight now heheh! 🙂
Have an Hawaiiantastic week Sandee and ty for your recent kind comments 👍
It’s good to have you back, Steve. I’ve missed you something awful. Love and hugs. 🙂
WOW…let’s go, Sandee🌸Double Pawkisses for a Happy Day and Week ahead and all the best for you and Zane🙏🐾😽💞
Yes, let’s go. We would have a fabulous time. Double Pawkisses to you both and a big hug to Granny. 🙂
One place that I always wanted to visit. The photo sure is beautiful!
It’s a beautiful place to explore. I’m glad hubby and I got to share it together. More healing hugs, my friend. 🙂
WE LOVE THAT ISLAND…and yes, much more laid-back than the others. SO beautiful….
You’re right about that. It was what I imagined Hawaii to be. So beautiful. 🙂
That photo screams in a relaxing way, “Vacation!”
It’s a wonderful island to relax. Time slows down. You can tell the folks that have just come in from the mainland. In a hurry. In a couple of days they aren’t in a hurry anymore. 🙂
I’ve always been put off going to Hawaii because of its glitzy over-the-top image, but this sounds like my kinda place! I felt the same about Greek islands until I discovered Samos which is small and un-commercialised.
You have fabulous places to visit, but Kauai is very laid back. 🙂
It looks and sounds like the perfect vacation spot, Sandee. Let’s go!😊
Thank you for hosting the hop. Happy Wednesday!
I would love to go for about 10 days on this island. Almost booked it a while back. Glad I didn’t with the current issues. Happy Wordless Wednesday. 🙂
This would most definitely be my island. I hope to go to Hawai’i one day. Alana ramblinwitham
Make sure you go to Kauai. You won’t regret it. It’s so tranquil. 🙂
How beautiful and inviting! One day I hope to get there. Happy Wednesday! Hugs.
It’s a most wonderful adventure with tons of things to do each day. 🙂
Beautiful and they have plenty of room for your boat too!
I don’t want to have our boat in the ocean. Bays yes, but not the ocean. Our boat if coastal certified, but it’s small out there in that big water. 🙂
Beautiful. Thanks for hosting. Have a great day. XO
It is indeed, Ellen. You have a great day, too. Scritches to the kitties. xo 🙂
With that view and the gentle breezes I could be perfectly happy camping on the beach
Hugs Cecilia
It’s nice and warm so that would work. It’s a most beautiful island. Hugs, my friend. 🙂
Beautiful!
It sure is, Sharon. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
What a delightful photo Sandee. Looks so serene. Thank you!
It’s a very serene place to enjoy. Happy Wordless Wednesday, Suzette. Hugs. 🙂
Being part of this blog hop is such a joy! I love seeing all of the images and explanations every week.
This image of Kaua’i is like a window into paradise! The vibrant greens and pinks paired with the natural beauty of the landscape are simply mesmerizing. It’s moments like these that make me grateful for the wonders of nature. Thank you for sharing this visual feast!
If you want to relax on vacation then Kauai is the island to visit. It’s most beautiful. 🙂
Definitely looks like paradise to me. 🌴
It is paradise indeed. I would love to spend a couple of weeks in a condo on the beach. Wonderful. Scritches to the pups and a hug to you. 🙂
Sounds like my kind of place, quiet and natural.
It’s all that and more, Binky. 🙂
So very beautiful. Love the view. Thanks for hosting and I hope that you have a wonderful week.
It’s a most beautiful island. You have a wonderful week too, Patrick. 🙂
Sandee, that is so gorgeous. Mom and Dad have never been to Hawaii. It is such a long trip from the East Coast. That’s why they go to the British Virginia Islands to enjoy a piece of paradise. If you go make sure you visit kauai. You won’t be disappointed. 🙂
Hawaii is one of the two states I haven’t been to. Seeing your photo makes me want to go even more! 🩷🌷🌺
Kauai is a most beautiful place to relax and recharge. I highly recommend visiting. 🙂
The panoramic is fabulous! I wonder how it looks the beach!
I hope there is a parallel universe in which I’ll visit this place!
Happy WW, dear Sandee! Thank you for the Blog Hop.
Gugs and a fantastic week!❤️😘
Kauai is a most beautiful island. Of all the islands this one is my favorite. I would love to spend a couple of weeks there and enjoy the slow place and tranquility. Hugs, my friend. 🙂
Would have love to visit there, but unfortunately it will no longer be possible for us.
Thanks for hosting, Sandee, and having me over, sharing with your readers.. My entries are numbered #52+53.

We won’t go again either, but we’re glad we got to visit some years back. You’re welcome for the hosting and thank you for all you do. 🙂
I’ve been to Kauai and Maui. They are both beautiful but I just adore Kauai’s layed back atmosphere.
That’s what we loved, too. Happy Wordless Wednesday and rest of the week. 🙂
Gorgeous! I’ve always wanted to go to Hawaii. Maybe someday 🙂
It’s a wonderful place to visit. 🙂
Mom;s idea of Pure Paradise.
Woos – Misty and Timber
It’s a favorite place for me. I would love to spend a couple weeks there. 🙂
Really beautiful place, and it does look peaceful.
Happy mid-week Wednesday! <3
It’s a far slower pace there. I remember getting there and going a million miles a minute. Within a couple of days I was laid back and going slow. Wonderful. 🙂
Beautiful getaway! I can feel that cool breeze. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful Wednesday. Hugs & Love my friend.
I wish I could afford a home on the beach in Kauai. Beautiful and relaxing. Hugs. 🙂
Oh I am late always and forever. I wish I could have more time in the days somedays. Most days. Anyway I love your beautiful share. A relaxation place…ah….. to dream about! I have combined all week through today here on this post. I had a lot to catch up on! Thank you always for being so gracious and kind.
Kauai is a most relaxing place to vacation. It’s good to see you, Anne. Love you. 🙂
That’s a place I’d love to live full time, if my home weren’t here.
I pray you are recovered and all is well, I wish you and Mr. Zane a blessed and beautiful rest of the week and many scritches to Lil’ Bit and Squeakers.
I could live on Kauai too. It’s so beautiful. I wish you and Mr. Sweetie a blessed and beautiful rest of the week. Hugs. 🙂
Bucket-list destination!
The picture looks absolutely stunning!
Hugs and blessings, Sandee!
I remember going there for the first time in the 80s. It was the first island we visited. When we left to go to the next island I didn’t want to go. So beautiful. 🙂
I would enjoy going to Hawaii, but probably won’t make it there. Seeing pictures like this is beautiful but I am sure it’s even prettier in real life. Thank you for sharing. It’s 2nd to being there!!
Thank you for hosting. I have linked up with #59.
Take care and best wishes.
It’s a most magical place. I’ve been to many of the islands, but Kauai is my favorite. Happy day and rest of the week. 🙂
Beautiful picture! We can almost feel the warmth coming through the laptop screen. Now if some of that warmth can spread to our area we’d be happy.
I’d be happy about that too. Happy rest of the week. 🙂
Wow, a place where the buildings are not taking over the skyline? Impressive. I don’t really mind the tall buildings, but I’m sure it’s so nice to see nature instead. Have a wonderful day!
Kauai is the Garden state and it’s so beautiful. I’ve never found another place as beautiful. 🙂
Hawaii is always so beautiful ~ sorry for lateness ~ got a bit distracted with tasks ~ hugs,
Hugs and love to you from me and Ziggy ~
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,

It sure is and Zane and I enjoy cruising from San Diego to the islands some years back. A fabulous vacation. Love and hugs back, my friend. Scritches to Ziggy. 🙂
Amazing, we’d love to visit, oh wait a minute we’ll go this afternoon in the TTTB! MOL Happy Friday Sandee, we hope your weekend is truly epic, and thank mew as always for hosting!
I would love to go back for a couple of weeks. A most beautiful island. You and your kitties have a fabulous day and weekend. Hugs. 🙂
What a beautiful photo Sandee. I know the name of those flowers but it escapes me at the moment. We had them growing when we lived in Tropical Queensland before we returned to Tasmania. Gosh that’s been 18 years ago now when we came back home. Time sure flies.
Lenny and I honeymooned on Kaua’i!!! LOVE that Island and would soooooooo love to return!
I love that island too. It’s the very best of all the Hawaiian islands. Love you and scritches to the boys. 🙂
Oh, to afford travel… ~sigh~ It’s a first world problem, though, being stuck in a peaceful place. : D Blessings, my dear.
I hear you. Hugs. 🙂
