Happy Thanksgiving! The roast turkey looks delicious.
We’ve not fixed a turkey years. It’s just the two of us anymore and it doesn’t seem like the thing to do. ๐
My husband and I have been known to go out for a turkey dinner. Applebee’s, of all places, had a nice one a few years ago. ๐ Best wishes, my dear.

Our turkey is for the cats; we’ll have roasted vegetables, with hummus sauce, fresh coleslaw with pickles, salad with beets, and maybe some popcorn as a late snack.
