Athena and Marie
Yes it is and thanks for linking up today, Athena and Marie. 🙂
Meowser Ms. Sandee, that is a beautiful beach.
Hope you’re having a good week. Mom says that things are changing and what we’ve been waiting for is closer than you think…. I don’t think she is talking about treats.
Yes it is. Much of the area is beautiful. Just not in the city where the homeless took over. I hope your mom is right about that. 🙂
What a lovely shot soooo peaceful 🙂
Have a serenetastic WWS 😯
It’s a nice place to hang out. I love Sausalito very much. 🙂
Sandee,
Beautiful view! I really need to get back into photography. Maybe with autumn changes soon upon us, we can venture to the mountains to capture the colors. We are planning a staycation around mid-October, so that will give us an opportunity to have some fun. 🙂 Thanks for hosting the WW fun, darlin’!
I can’t wait to see your fall colors. We don’t get much here so I’d love to see the beauty of the fall colors you get. You’re most welcome for the hosting. Big hug, Cathy. 🙂
Very pretty. Looks like a peaceful place for a morning walk
Yes it is and I’ve taken many a walk here. 🙂
If it wasn’t so far away, we would love to see San Fran. Mom hasn’t been there in ages.
It’s not the same as back in the day. We don’t go anymore. 🙂
Wow, that is a gorgeous spot. Sure would be fun to visit there. Sandee, you and Zane have a super duper day.
It is indeed, Marg. It’s a fun place to explore. 🙂
That is a million dollar view.
Hugs cecilia
Yes it is and by boat it’s the very best of views. Hugs back. 🙂
That is such a wonderful view!
It is indeed. I’ve been all over the area and on both sides of the gate. 🙂
Such a lovely view, Sandee.
Happy Weds!
Yes it is, Veronica. Happy Wednesday. 🙂
Oh how lovely! I can feel those little waves rolling over my toes. But I must be strong and embrace the Fall and the coming Winter! 😉
That makes two of us. I don’t mind fall, but winter is not a favorite season. 🙂
The Golden Gate Bridge is so iconic. And majestic! Beautiful photo, Sandee. Thank you so much for hosting!
Yes it is. Photographed from every angle too. You’re most welcome. I love hosting my hops. 🙂
What a glorious shot!
Someone knows how photography works. 🙂
San Fran is on my ‘to visit’ list, for sure!
Just be careful where you go in the city. Lots of homeless folks and lots of needles and poop. Sadly. 🙂
Wow. Looks like an amazing place to just lie in the sun and soak up all those warm rays… I wonder if the water is warm. 🙂
Probably not. It really doesn’t get all that warm there. This time of year I’m sure the water is very cold. 🙂
This is a five-star view, Sandee! The ocean, mountains and the Golden Gate Bridge. Happy Wednesday!
Yes it is a five star view. I wouldn’t mind being there right now. 🙂
I’m reminded of my visit back in 1988. ~sigh~ Thank you for sharing and be well, my dear.
We’ve not been there for a few years. We avoid the city anymore. To nasty in many places. 🙂
Such serenity and peace coming from the view! Thanks for sharing such a beautiful shot.
Thanks for linking up with us this week.
Happy Wednesday and a wonderful rest of the week. 🙂
Cheers
You are most welcome, Esha. Happy Wednesday to you too. 🙂
Beautiful place. I close my eyes and I think I can hear the sound of waves washing to shore.
Yes you can hear the waves if you close your eyes and imagine. 🙂
I spent some delightful days on that beach long ago. I am afraid it might not look so pristine today. So tragic.
Me too, Jan, me too. 🙂
oh my that Golden Gate is such a beautiful sight! I bet you have gone under it many times! xoxo K and R and Lucy!
Yes we have and in our boat too. Love and hugs to you and Russell and extra lovies and treats to Miss Lucy. 🙂
That’s a really great shot. I like the angle of it.
Me too and it’s a great shot indeed. 🙂
Breathtaking image Sandee! 😀
Yes it is and I’ve been there many times. 🙂
I don’t think I’ve ever seen an image of the bridge from that side.
It’s pretty from any side. 🙂
Lovely image, especially now that Fall is well on the way. I’d rather be there! 🙂
I’d love to be on my boat on that side of the bridge. It’s pretty there. 🙂
Awesome place and photography ~ Xox from me and Ms. Z ^_^
Happy Day to You,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor)
Yes it is. Happy day to you and Ms. Zoe. 🙂
A beautiful image. Is that near Ocean Beach?
I’m not sure, Patrick. It just might be. 🙂
What a beautiful place and a beautiful photo!
I agree. Thank you for weighing in. 🙂
A beautiful view of one of my favorite bridges!!
Happy Wednesday!
Yes indeed. It is my favorite bridge. 🙂
beautiful!!
Thanks, Caren.. 🙂
Thanks for the “California Dreamin'” this morning! 😺
You’re most welcome, Greg. 🙂
Isn’t that pretty! It looks like a very nice place to visit.
It is a wonderful place to visit, Jan. 🙂
I would love to be there right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Me too. I’ll meet you there, Sandie. 🙂
I can practically hear the seagulls and the surf! Lovely image.
Yes, they are certainly there. 🙂
Thank you, Sandee! I was able to feel the ocean breeze vicariously through this picture. ((Hugs))
Good for you, Michelle. It’s been so hot here and then it rained and it was chilly. It’s starts to heat back up tomorrow. Hugs back. 🙂
It looks so beautiful. Makes me want to dip my toes in the water!
I would love to be there right now and the food. Well that’s another story. 🙂
Beautiful photo. Hope you had a great day.
We had a great day yesterday, Ellen. Hope all is well with you. 🙂
That’s a beautiful shot. You don’t normally see the Golden Gate bridge from that side.
It’s more difficult, but it’s doable. 🙂
I wish I was walking down that beach in my barefeet with the hubby. We both could use a getaway for a few days that’s for sure. HEYYYYYYYYYYYYY I can dream can’t I??? BIG HUGS… THANKS FOR SHARING LUV YA LOTS!!!! YOU’RE DUH BEST!
Yes dreaming we can do and we do that often. It’s a good thing. Love you, Marie. 🙂
While i saw it years ago and even rode over it, i’ve never seen the bridge from that angle. Beautiful!
Seeing the bridge from below makes it even more special. From our boat was the very best. 🙂
I do loves the GG!! We are 45 miles to the south, butts we still gets up there lots. If you knows where to avoid the homeless peeps, it’s still a FABulous city. I hope they can figure something out soon, it’s getting really bad. Anyhu, The bridge is just the best in the world!
Thanks for hosting!!! Have a most FABulous Wednesday!
Kisses,
Ruby ♥
There are maps to help with that. We don’t go anymore. They are losing lots of money because the convention business is dwindling. They need to do something. Kisses back, Ruby. 🙂
That is an iconic photo. So beautiful and peaceful. Thank you for sharing and I am thinking of you. THis past week and a half was hard. I am glad I came here. HUGS and LOVE
I’m sorry you’re having a rough spot, Anne. Big hug. 🙂
A beautiful shot of the Golden Gate Bridge.
I’ve never seen a bad shot of the gate. It’s the most beautiful bridge. 🙂
Picture perfect one, Sandee.
Have a gorgeous week, gorgeous one!
Love and cheer!
Yes it is. A lovely place that I’ve spent many a day enjoying. 🙂
I’ve been there many times when I was stationed in California with the USN. Great place, great view, lots of beauty.
Yes indeed. The city is in decline, but most have read about that. It was a most beautiful place back in the day. 🙂
You can’t afford the toll and the taxes.
I know, oh how I know. 🙂
Thanks so much for hosting!
You’re most welcome, Michelle. 🙂
AAARRR Happy Pirate Day and wanted to let you know we joined your Wordless Wednesday blog hop.
Thanks, Crystal. I’m so behind today. I’ll get to you soon. 🙂
What a great photo of the Golden Gate bridge. It is definitely a different angle than that from which it is usually shown. Makes me homesick. I used to come out at least a couple of times a year to help out and stay with my stepmom, but since she passed away, I just don’t get there. Thanks or linking us up again. Many hugs, Janet
It’s not the same city anymore, but I’m sure you’ve read about that. We don’t go anymore, but we used to enjoy all this area had to offer and often. Happy weekend, my friend. Big hug back. 🙂
