Wednesdays Question

questionIt’s Wednesday so that means it’s question time. It’s time to ponder and then answer just one question. Okay, you can add all you want as a reason for your answer too. We’d all like that.

Here’s this weeks question: Do you believe in love at first sight?

I believe in lust at first sight. I’m not so sure about love at first sight.

Oh, I believe in chemistry at first sight, for sure. A feeling, a recognition… if only perhaps the promise of a deep love that we feel tugging at our heart.

But then again, what do I know? bahahaha. 😀

Have yourself a perfectly marvelous day, hon! big hugs x0x0

  2. Stephanie Faris says:

I used to, but now I know that love is a feeling that takes time to grow. There's definitely lust at first sight. I think in retrospect, it's easy to say things like, "I knew the instant I met him he was 'the one.'" But if he'd opened his mouth and proven himself to be a complete jerk by the things he said, you would have immediately changed your mind on that! (I had a lot of bad first dates in my 30s, if you can't tell!)

  3. DrillerAA09 says:

When it comes to people, I believe in attraction at first sight, love takes a little longer. When it comes to cars, yes, I believe in love at first sight.

  4. Jean R. says:

Put me down in the camp that believes in lust at first sight.Lust can grow into to love if the timing is right and both people feel it AND both people want the same things out of life, have the same values.I also believe there are some people who don't know the difference between love and lust and don't give their relationship a real chance at forming the friendship needed with a good coupling because one is into it for the sex and the other one is calling it love.

  5. Vanessa Morgan says:

More or less. I believe you can unconsciously recognize certain qualities in a person that will make you like them in an instant. But love is something that takes time.

  6. Marg says:

I don't believe in Love at first sight. It takes time to learn all about new people. Sandee, you and Zane and Little Bit have a wonderful day.

  7. Paul Pietrangelo says:

I believe in love at first sight. It happened to me. I met my wife in Octoberfest and after meeting her and spending some time with her later that night I told my friend Lorenzo that I was going to marry that girl and that girl was Mary Lou , my wife of 41 years
( one more month ). Lust had nothing to do with it. She's more sexier today than what she was when we met, well a little lust. Ha,ha,ha.
Have a sexy Wednesday Sandee. Va Va Voom. See ya.

  8. "Annie" says:

I'm with you, Sandee. I believe in lust at first sight, which I suppose releases hormones that make you feel good, so it seems like love, but I think true love takes time, and feels better. xoxoxo Marvelous question. Have a super great day! 🙂

  9. From Evija with Love says:

  10. Kathe W. says:

Lust at first sight? You betcha!! Love at first sight- I don't think so…..true love takes time. Lust is a flash in the pan…and then it gets too hot. Hahahah
    Big scritches to LB!

  11. Linda says:

I believe that the chemistry can be noticed at first sight but love, to me, is far deeper and doesn't happen at the snap of a finger. 🙂

  12. cube says:

My husband has always said he fell for me when he first saw me, but it took almost a year of friendship and being co-workers before he grew on me (like a fungus). Here we are thirty-five years later and we're still an item.

  13. Jean(ie) says:

Can I say that I don't know? I think it could be possible. Ask Bill. Lol! I was the one that needed convincing. He knew off the bat. But I will say that the deep love takes time to develop.
