I’m thankful that I’m going to get to meet three kitties and their peeps this coming June. First will be Angel and Isabella in Oregon and then the following week it will be Miss Lucy and her peeps. I’m really looking forward to a lot of kitty love. Both of their addresses are entered in our GPS, so all we have to do is follow the directions.
I’m thankful that we’re getting our boat back this week after it’s been gone since December 7th. We weren’t in a hurry, but we sure have missed spending the weekends on her. It will be good to get back in the habit of going often. We so love our boating life.
I’m thankful for the nice weather we’ve had this week. Lots of sunshine after a lot of needed rain. I’m one of those people that need sunshine on a regular basis. I’ve recharged my batteries this week.
I’m thankful that we are on the back side of winter. Pretty soon it will be warming up and I’m longing for flip flops, shorts and t-shirts. Life is good.
I’m thankful for each and every one that visits here. I’m also thankful for your comments.
I’m thankful that I’ll be able to show you our remodeled boat next week. It’s so different than it was.
What are you thankful for today?

You must be so excited to get your boat back. I am surprised that wasn't first on your list. I love your Thursday thankful list.
We get her back tomorrow morning. So excited. 🙂
I was thinking the same as Rhonda about your boat your very patient Sandee …nearly there.
Have a thankfulfloattastic day :-h
Nothing else we can do but be patient. We had a lot of work done. 🙂
Ah you've seen the boat then. I wondered if you had. I'm excited to see the changes!
We've seen the boat several times since we dropped her off. The guy that owns the place said we could drop my anytime. 🙂
It's not warming up soon enough for me. I may need to move further south for retirement. Yes, indeedy.
xoxo
You hate those HOT summers though. Sometimes it's so hot here it takes your breath away. 🙂
Oh how exciting that you are getting your boat back soon. What fun to go meet Isabella and Angel. and Miss Lucy too. Can't wait to hear all about that. You all have on great trip.
Yes tomorrow morning we'll be getting our boat back and we're spending the weekend on board in our slip.
Yes, we're looking forward to meeting some kitties this summer. Well and their peeps too. 🙂
Sounds like a great trip planned for June!
Yay to getting the boat back! Can't wait to see it.
The days are getting longer, but I'm still cold. We have had a mild winter snow-wise, so I'm still waiting for the big one to hit. It always does eventually.
Have a great day!
We'll be taking pictures soon. Probably next weekend. 🙂
lots of fun things to be thankful for and to look forward to! I am thankful that I am having kidney stone trouble and that I haven't had an attack BEFORE I see the Urologist today lol! Have a great day! Love you! catchatwithcarenandcody
I'm happy you're getting your medical issue taken care of before the attack. I hear those are very painful. 🙂
I am thankful our daughter is progressing
nicely after her hysterectomy last week.
I look forward to seeing your remodeled baby!
Big hugs from sunless WPB, honey…
I'm glad your daughter is doing well. That surgery is so very simple compared to how it used to be done.
We'll get some pictures up soon. 🙂
Oregon in June will be lovely! But right now… Stay where you are 🙂 I can't wait to see the rehab picture on the boat!
I was born and raised in Oregon so I'm very familiar with the weather. We'll stay here until then. 🙂
I am still looking at the belly of winter versus its backside
We don't have much of a winter here. I'm happy about that. 🙂
When I come here on Thursdays it always reminds me to be thankful for what I got. We share one thing today— I am thankful that winter is only another month long.
I'm not a fan of winter. I could live in the tropics and be just fine. 🙂
We are always thankful for the wonderful country we live in.
It may not be perfect- but it's the best as far as I am concerned! Cheers and big hugs!
I agree with you about this Kathe. 🙂
Opening Day on the Bay-not far away.
The official day of summer. All the winter uniforms go away and the whites come out. I'm ready. 🙂
I am thankful for having good friends.
Good friends rock don't they. 🙂
You remind me to be thankful for the internet friends i have met, and those i hope to meet someday, including you!
You never know when we might show up in your neck of the woods. 🙂
Over Christmas, we got some bad medical news about my-father-in-law and my daughter's boyfriend's father and it made us thankful for the good medical care that they're receiving.
I'm glad you are getting your boat back soon. It must be so hard to have a boat that you can't use. Hope time flies until it returns to your boat slip.
I'm glad they both had great medical care. That's so important.
Tomorrow morning we'll have our boat back. It isn't completely done, but only one thing will remain to do and that should be taken care of by the end of next week. 🙂
Not a starship, but a ship nonetheless… second star on the right and straight on til morning 😉
Exactly. 🙂
We're thankful we get to meet you too! 🙂 After a morning of rain we're enjoying our sunpuddles now so yay for that too!
Purrs,
Angel & Isabella
I see your mom is making beady goodies so you had to work for a bit. It's all good because some mommy can't do much without the two of you. 🙂
oh lucky you getting to meet Angel and Isabella. They are two of my most favorite kitties.
Can't wait to see the boat.
I know and on they way back from Portland I'll get to pet Miss Lucy. I'll be in kitty heaven. 🙂
Oh, I'm so happy to hear about your boat and your upcoming trip. I'm thankful for so much I cannot list it all here, but I'll try. I'm grateful for my family and the fact that they're all healthy. I'm grateful for my own health and the fact that my kitty, Simon is still going strong. And like you, great weather; for all of the sun shiny days, blue skies, sparkling night stars, and friendship. You said it best, "Life is good."
Have a gorgeous evening, Sandee.
xoxoxo
We have the SUV packed and our bags are packed. Just through a couple of last minute items in and we're done and gone. I can't wait to get our boat back in the slip. Big hugs. ♥♥♥
I know you miss your boat. Have fun on your excursions. Please keep telling me it's going to be sunny and warm soon. I need something to look forward to! Lol
We're heading out soon to pick her up and pay the tab. She's beautiful. It's cloudy here today and it's going to rain. I hope you can get some of that beautiful sunshine we enjoyed for the past few days. 🙂
I'm sure getting your boat back will be great. We've had a very mild winter here, but February could still end up being very cold, as it often is. I guess we'll see.
It's been mild here too with lots of rain. Very wet winter and we needed it. It's good to have our baby back. 🙂
So happy for you that you got to see your boat today (as I am writing this comment on the 29th) and that you will soon return to sailing. I must learn more about these famous kitties: Angel and Isabella. They sound lovely and like they might be lovely tea party hosts …. or sun puddle hosts (hostesses). Just sayin'. Hugs!
I visit so many cat and dog blogs and you just fall in love with many of their precious babies. 🙂
