I’m thankful that hubby and I traveled over 1,400 miles last week without incident. The traffic was horrible in Portland Oregon, but outside of that it was a most pleasant drive to and from.
I’m thankful that I got to meet three kitties last week along with their peeps.

I’m thankful that we got to visit with Sharla and her husband. Sharla authors BeadedTail. To read about our visit check out Sharla’s post titled, Visitors. They are delightful and have a beautiful home. They also got us a gift of engraved wine glasses along with a fabulous bottle of wine. I’ll show you the wine glasses later.
I’m thankful that we got to visit with Kathe and her husband Russell. Kathe authors It’s a Snap !!. We had a great visit along with a very delightful meal. To see the pictures of us and our food check out Kathe’s post titled, It’s Awww Monday.

I have driven in Portland and agree.
It begins in Woodburn and ends somewhere north of Vancouver, WA.
The city's streets are not quite as exciting as the freeways.
Rain makes it even worse.
The traffic was terrible. Terrible. 🙂

As far as the cats go, I don't know them from Adam, but Isabella, the tortie, looks like she was up to more mischief than the rest of the cats. I don't have any DNA or anything but it's just a gut feeling 😉

Darling furbabies! Our two were sure happy to have us back home. So glad we got to spend a little time with Bill and Jeanie Weanie. We need a 'family' reunion!!!

I'm thankful that I won't have to have a back operation even though I'll probably be in pain for a long time. I worry about a back operation. I'm thankful that I was able to play 18 holes of golf.
