Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

Today I’m thankful for all the autumn colors. The chill in the air. All things pumpkin.

I do love the autumn colors. There’s nothing I don’t like about the season except that it doesn’t last long enough and it gives in to winter far too quickly.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the brilliant colors around town considering how dry our summer was. On a fun note, some comedian at the local tire store likes to put joke notices on their sign. One autumn, he or she riffed on the seasonal tendency to include pumpkin in everything by offering ‘pumpkin spice tires’. ~grin~ Be well, my dear, and have a lovely day.

Autumn colours are lovely, but, like others have said, I’m not looking forward to what comes after that. Brrr!

Today, especially, I am thankful for reasonably good health and a long and happy marriage. Sadly, one of my closest friends is dealing with trouble on both fronts.

    Happy Thankful Thursday, Sandee! ☀

Prayers for your friend. I hate it when things go sideways for many. I’m not a fan of winter either, but after Christmas I’m looking for spring. Happy day to you, Debbie. 🙂

Soon, that happens on the 3rd of November I believe. Happy Thursday and I’m happy about Russell’s quick recovery too. I’m thinking Nurse Lucy had a lot to do with that. 🙂

Autumn is my favorite time of year. I love the colors of the season and the nip in the air. My final fall photo shoot will be tomorrow and Saturday. Don’t know when I will get to process them but the important thing is to capture the images. Thankful yes. Thankful for another day to enjoy creation is one of the prettiest areas of this great country. Have a very blessed day.
