It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.
I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.
Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.
Today I’m thankful for warm sweatshirts. I found some fun ones without hoodies. It’s good to see the reactions of those you run into.
I’m thankful hubby and I have a very active sense of humor. We find so many things funny and are often laughing over one thing or another. We look for the positive things in life and avoid the negative things and we’re very thankful for that.

I love those slogans on the sweatshirts! It is hard to find them here without hoodies and I am not a hoodie person!
Same issue here with hoodies. I don’t like them either. Happy Thursday, Jackie. 🙂
LOL, these are good ones. Stay warm in those hoodies. You would need a parka to go with that hoodie if you were here.
They aren’t hoodies. I don’t like hoodies and won’t buy them. I would have them if I lived where you do though. 🙂
Love the sweatshirts and I agree – being positive is a very good thing!
It sure is. Live is fabulous, Miss Molly and hubby and I live life to its fullest. 🙂
A smile is the universal welcome ! My best regards from Romania!
It sure is. Best regards to you too and it’s nice to meet you. 🙂
Those are good sweatshirts. Laughter is always present around here too. It is good for people to laugh a lot.
Laughter is a good thing. Hubby and I laugh a lot. 🙂
Thanks for the chuckle and thanks for hosting. Have a great day. XO
You’re welcome on both counts, Ellen. Scritches to the kitties and have a great day. xo 🙂
It helps a lot in life to be able to laugh. I’ve seen all those advertised and jokingly said I was going to buy the first one for my schizophrenic son, but be probably wouldn’t see the humor in it! No, I’m not mean, it’s just sometimes you have to laugh at things you can’t change.
Hubby and I are in our 70s and we laugh at ourselves all the time. We’re okay with it too. 🙂
Those made me laugh! Every time I talk to myself DH says, do you want people to think you’re crazy? Who’s gonna think this except him? Doesn’t he know already that I am? 😀 I’m feeling that middle sweatshirt quote these days. I’m always saying so-and-so looks so much older than me? Then, I’ll say, do I look that old? Of course, he says, no. I’m afraid to look in the mirror to see for myself. 😬
I’m VERY thankful for cozy warm fleece. This time of the year, I wear my fleece jacket and socks to take the edge off the cooler temps. We have electric heat, no heat pump, so we turn it on during the day. I don’t trust to keep it on all night with the old wiring. Anything can go wrong during the night. This means it takes the house longer to warm up. Our next place will definitely have a heat pump.
It’s 28.8º out this morning. Our forecast is calling for cooler overnight lows than this all weekend. Brr, it’s winter time! Stay warm, my friend. 🙂
Everything is gas here. Stove, heat and the like. It’s cheap and does the trick. I hate being cold. Happy rest of the week, my friend. Big hug. ♥
I would buy these t-shirts if I can find them here. Have a great day.
I know you would. You have a wonderful sense of humor, Nancy. 🙂
The shirts are cute and funny! I only have one thing with a hood and it’s Bob’s old orange sweatshirt with a hood and I wore it this morning with the hood up because it was 56 with winds to 20 mph felt like 46 and I was cold. But other than that I do not like hoodies so your shirts are really nice
We’ve had a few freezes already. Normal for here. Staying warm is a good thing and when it’s cold and you add wind it really gets cold. 🙂
Oh my Sandee I’m thankful for the funny things you share.
I see that same old person in the mirror and we both laugh and laugh. MOL MOL
Hugs Cecilia
I’m happy about that. I joke about old age all the time. I’ve earned the right. I avoid mirrors though. Hugs. 🙂
Am thankful that working from home has changed my wardrobe, to include shirts and sweatshirts that appeal to me!
Talking to oneself is a good sign, isn’t it?
wink
It is a good sign and I get the answers I want when I talk to my self. 🙂
Love the sweatshirt sayings! and It’s always great to have a sense of humor.
Happy Thursday! ♥ (thankful I’m finally out of the hospital)
I have a sick sense of humor at times and I like that. I’m even snarky like Maxine at times. 🙂
These sayings made me smile, Sandee! It’s definitely sweatshirt/hoodie weather in our neck of the woods with 33 F. Happy Thursday!
We’re having the same kind of cold, Eugenia. Love and hugs. 🙂
love the 60s shirt
That’s my favorite one too. Often old folks like me say me too. 🙂
I love those! My favorite is the one about the 60’s.
Mine too, Yvonne. Happy day. 🙂
What fun sweatshirts! A sense of humor is sooooo essential these days!
It sure is and we keep our sense of humor on high alert. 🙂
A good shirt says it all
They sure do. Happy Thursday. 🙂
Love those sweatshirts!! They’re
great!
I’m thankful for great family and great friends! And thankful for my two darling puppies! Zen has been my sunshine from day one; and little Zoey is just so precious! Zen is a little much for her right now, but he watches her sleep at night. It’s so cute!
I’m thankful for those things too. Your pups are most adorable. Happy Thankful Thursday. Scritches to the pups. 🙂
Fun sayings on the sweatshirts. A good sense of humor and thankfulness are essential to health and happiness.
It sure is, Patricia. Happy Thankful Thursday. 🙂
You aren’t the same age as old people, old people don’t go yachting and remodel the house and have adventures. You and Mr. Zane have a ways to go. Hugs!
We do indeed, my friend. We know that keeping active is the key to a longer life. Hugs. 🙂
Love the memes! 💞 Thankful for family and friends like you who help keep us smiling and laughing at ourselves along life’s journey, Sandee! xoxoxo
Hubby and I have the most fun laughing at ourselves. We are good in our skin and that’s even better. xo 🙂
Those are hilarious. I do the first one all the time! 😀
Happy Thursday, Sandee!
It’s the only way I can get the answers I want. Happy day. 🙂
Those are all fun ones and I love the 60s one! Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
