Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

I’m thankful for all my blogging buddies. Some are just acquaintances and others are very close friends. I cherish each one of you and want you to know that. Life is ever changing and one day we feel fabulous and the next we’re in a health crisis. It’s the way of life.

I’m thankful for all the kitties, pups and one very special bird that I love. Many I give smooches to and others I tell them I love them. Again one day they are here and then sometimes they leave and go to the bridge often without warning.

What I’m saying to each and every one of you is that you’re precious to me. We need to tell those that are precious to us while we can. Tomorrow is not guaranteed.

What are you thankful for today?

Often we wait to tell each other how we feel about someone. Not a good policy. Love you, Ann. 🙂

What a sweet post, and yes, everyone should indeed pay heed to what you’re saying here, Sandee. Sometimes life just whips you into a frenzy and it’s good to just take a pause and think about all our friends near and far.

We love all our blogging friends and even though we have never met a lot of them, we still feel very close. Life is precious and can be snatched out from under us in a second. We learned that lesson last year and we cherish all the time we are given. Thanks for being a good blogging friend.

Thank you. All my friendships are precious to me be they in person or online. The friends I have made from blogging have given me so much support over the years and without it it is very possible I would not be here now. Ivor has been wonderful in his support and we live for each day.
I had originally left a much longer comment but thankfully realised this was not the place for it before I posted it.

My wish for you, dear Sandee, is that you only need us all to rejoice in happy times with you for a long time to come!

Like you, I treasure all my blogging buddies, you included. I honestly don’t know how I could have gotten through some of what life has thrown at me without the love and support from you all. And I hope that I have shown love and support in return when it has been needed. I also treasure everyone’s pets. I cry every and any time I read of one joining my own “babies” at the bridge. And I rejoice when something good happens, too. Our blogging community is truly the best, including those who have moved on from blogging to pursue other endeavors.

    Hugs Cecilia

I am thankful for all my blogging friends and even though I do not know most of them personally, they are the ones that encourage me to continue blogging. I have also learnt so much by visiting their blogs. So true, we need to appreciate each and everyone around us or become part of us because we will never know when it is our time to cross the bridge.
