Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

I’m thankful for books. I have piles of them to read and read them I will. I can travel all over the world and never leave my comfortable chair.

I’m thankful for puppies and kitties. They bring us such companionship and love.

I’m thankful for waking up this morning. I have another clean slate in which to make it the best day I can.

What are you thankful for today?

Gramma loves books and reading. She says the same thing you did that she can travel without leaving home. Mom doesn’t like reading books at all, never has. We are thankful for each other and all the opportunities we all have.

I am thankful I love to read and have my entire life. books are my escape hatch, when my mind gets in a whirl and I can’t slow it down, I dive into a book and everything slows and I live what i am reading.. I am thankful we found our treasure Beau and that I have a shower today

Wonderful thankfuls, Sandee! I am thankful to wake up to chirping birds and a fresh pot of coffee. Hubby and I sat on our balcony yesterday afternoon and watched the bees buzzing around the new blooms on the trees, Happy Thursday.

So many wonderful thankfuls! I do love to travel the world from my comfy home. We could be twins. It is 32 degrees here. brrr….still chilly. I have lots to do in our garage and our shed but not today. Lots of projects indoors too. I am organizing a closet and filling it with ready made outfits. I do a little each day… thankful for it all.

Sandee I love your header!! Just precious.
I agree about books…taking us away much better than Calgon…I think you are ‘young’ enough to remember the calgon commercials.

I am forever thankful for my sweetheart and all of our families and friends. Without them where would we all be? Cheers!
ps we are so in love with our libraries- without books it would be difficult putting up with covid. Cheers!

Mom loves to read too, but she needs to make time to get those minutes in everyday. It seems like there is always something that gets in the way.

We are thankful for good pals like you.

Thankful for two Grand-cats who have kept us laughing this past year and thankful for grands and great-grands who’ve been able to entertain us online. How grand it will soon be when we can share face-to-face again. 😍

    • Sandee says:

I hear you Bette. I texted with my granddaughter yesterday and we’re looking at getting together soon. I’ve not seen my great grands for over a year. 🙂

    Dear, dear Brian and Sandee,

I took the liberty of adding my #WW link here as I attended this fabulous program called Awake, which taught us meditation and some unique perspectives on life. And I am so grateful to my fabulous teacher Nithya Shanti from that workshop and have dedicated my post to him.

My heart wells with gratitude as I believe I am walking into a new chapter of my life and a new me.

    Thankful week/Thankful Thursday indeed. 🙂

Love and Joy all your way. <3

I hadn’t read books much for years, but now I am back to reading again, and I love it. It’s what I do during the down times at my shop. 🙂
