It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.
I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.
Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.
Today I’m thankful that we finally had some rain. A nice soaking rain. It hadn’t rained since spring. Hubby and I stood at the window and just watched the rain come down.
I’m thankful that I’m spending my golden years with my precious husband. He’s a delight to be around and he treats me like a queen. I’m a lucky gal.
I’m thankful for all my blogging buddies. You all bring me such joy.

You are a lucky queen and your hubby a lucky king. Yes, we are thankful to have our spouse with us and thankful that we can take care of each other’s needs.
We are both lucky gals, Nancy and we know it. 🙂
I’m also thankful for the blogging world, for the community & the friendships. I never thought I’d be one for blogging, but I can’t imagine life without it now!
Glad you’ve had some refreshing rain. We seem to have it all the time here in the UK. It’s raining right now. I’ll send you some over 😉 xx
It took me a bit to figure out how to blog properly, but I’ve sure enjoyed it as well and I’ve met so many wonderful people. 🙂
We are definitely thankful for you and our other blogging friends. We can’t imagine no rain since spring. We are having a week with no rain or snow and it seems so weird.
When you live in a desert you get little rain. We sure like it when it shows up too. I’m glad I found you and the pups. 🙂
I am thankful for blogging friends as well. You and the others keep me smiling and entertained every day.
You and I have been blogging together for many years. You’re like a sister. 🙂
I am thankful for all my blogger friends because life would sure be boring without all of you and our chats everyday through our blogs. I think I would find life boring if I didn’t have to search around for creative things to put on the blog it gives me something to do
It’s amazing the friendships we make blogging. I love it too. 🙂
Those are really nice thankfuls, we love our blogging pals too, they’re family. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
Yes they are family. Thanks for hosting this wonderful hop. 🙂
I have thanks for so much, and find something new every day to add to the list.
As much as I don’t like cold and snow, I enjoy the sparkle of ice, and the deep blue sky!
And, I am thankful that The Hubby makes sauerkraut; I love the stuff! 😉
I love sauerkraut too. My mom made two five gallon sauerkraut’s each summer and then canned them for the winter. Most yummy. 🙂
Thankful for the Reason for the Season. The Birth of our Savior! Have a great Thursday!
Yes we both agree on that. You have a great Thursday too. 🙂
I’m thankful for my hubby and all that he does. In these difficult times, it is a good feeling to have someone supportive and understanding. Happy Thursday!
Yes indeed and we both have wonderful hubbies. 🙂
What a beautiful thankful, having a wonderful life partner sure does make a difference – I just adore my husband too.
When we choose wisely it’s a good thing. Matters of the heart are most important things. 🙂
I’m also thankful for rain. We were in a drought, but finally got enough rain in the last week or two to alleviate it. I’m thankful to see the sun today though too, because it had been pretty dreary around here! I think snow is coming next, so that will pretty things up. 🙂
Luke sends smooches!
I live in a desert and there’s not much rain. We are always happy when it rains. More smooches to Luke. 🙂
Golly Gee no rain since spring…I bet you were almost tempted to go dance in the rain.
Well done on your thankfuls!!! Hopefully all of us have come to realize all the good things in our lives
Hugs Cecilia
I felt like it. It was most wonderful to see and it rained for hours and hours. Hugs. 🙂
Our favorite day of the week and we are so thankful for it
It’s good to have a favorite day of the week. I’m thankful I found you. 🙂
I’m thankful for my two crazy toddler boys!
Yes you are. I’m happy for you both. 🙂
I wish you were our Queen too, Sandee, we would trade ours immediately 😀 Thankful to know you😸Pawkisses for a Happy Week ahead🐾😽💞
Aw, what a lovely comment. Pawkisses back and give a hug to granny. 🙂
Rain can be so soothing, I’m glad you finally got some after such a long time.
And yes, you are so lucky to have such a wonderful husband.
Have a wonderful Thankful Thursday!
Everything was so dusty and the rain just took that all away. The air smelled so wonderful the next day. You have a wonderful Thankful Thursday too, Viola. 🙂

I’m thankful you did too. I’m so thankful I met you and your adorable pups. 🙂
Thankful for a loving hubby and for our daughters and grands… What more could a gal ask for! 💕
We are both lucky gals, Bette. 🙂
We are thankful for blogs like yours that always remind us to be thankful for all those good things in our lives that we just take for granted.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
It’s so easy to be thankful and takes far less effort than being mean and ungrateful. 🙂
Wonderful you got some refreshing rain!
Hope your day has been a good one! <3
It was most wonderful. We stood at the window watching it rain several times during the day. 🙂
You and Zane are so blessed! Have a wonderful weekend! xoxoxo
We are blessed as you and Russell are. It’s a good thing. You have a wonderful weekend too. 🙂
Wonderful thankfuls. Have a great day! XO
Thank you, Ellen. You have a great day too. 🙂
Happy Thankful Thursday!! We are happy that you got some rain finally. It’s just incredible to read just how long it hasn’t rained for you. We hope you get some more soon. Have a beautiful rest of your day.
We’re hoping we get some more soon too. Today it’s a clear blue sky and it’s warm out. 🙂
Some rain is good but I hate when it sticks around.
I hear you. I was raised in Tillamook Oregon and it rained all. the. time. 🙂
Rain is nice, and especially when you can watch it from the window and don’t have to be outside in it. It rains a lot here where I live so the grass turns a pretty green and the trees grow fast and tall. Head nuzzles.
Our grass is brown here in the spring and stays that way well into fall/winter. 🙂
It is a joy to see rain when it’s been too long. You are a blessing to us, hosting all of the hops you do.
It is indeed. We so love it when it rains. 🙂
Always a pleasure to be here. Thanks for all you do. HUGS across the miles
You’re most welcome and it’s always great to see you. 🙂
I LOVE your Christmas header! So pretty and festive. Thankful Thursday always reminds me how lucky I am to have made your blogging acquaintance. You always inspire and make us feel better. 😍
Thank you sweetie. I’m so happy we met too, my friend. Scritches to the pups. 🙂
I like seeing your blog hop and what your friends post. They are indeed a good group 🙂
Yes they are and you’re one of them, Jen. Thank you for being such a wonderful blogging buddy. 🙂
You are lucky to be treated like a queen. 🙂 I’m thankful that our ‘winter’ weather came and left. Some people love it when it gets cold, but I’ve had enough cold weather to last a lifetime!
I am indeed. I’m a lucky gal. 🙂
