It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.
I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.
Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.
Our trip to Rio Vista last weekend was a lot of fun. The weather was chilly, but the water was good. The shots below were a couple of scenes on our cruise. Passing a freighter is most entertaining. We’re so small and they are so big.
I’m thankful that we’re able to cruise. It’s getting harder as we age, but it’s a passion for us.

It’s amazing to see a little of your cruise in video. Hopefully you were wrapped up warm against the chill but I’m glad the water was good. When will you next be going? xx
We’re warm inside. The isinglass makes things pretty warm if the sun is out. We were going to go this coming weekend, but we’ve decided to stay home. I have no idea when we’ll cruise again. 🙂
today I am thankful Eta the TS/hurricane, came and went and left no damage we can’t clean up ourselves in a few days and that we got badly needed rain here. parts of our county are underwater, but we are not. the beautiful downtown the water is up over the decks..
I’m happy about that. Sometimes you get lucky. Glad you did. 🙂
That looks so exciting!
It’s most wonderful, Miss Molly. 🙂
Thanks for taking us along on the boat. I think I could feel the spray from the water.
I wish you were with us, Ann. You’d have enjoyed the cruise. 🙂
Looks fun. It may get more difficult as you age, but you have more time to cruise and enjoy it. No deadlines or jobs to rush back for. The water looks really nice.
We’ve done lots of things to make tying up easier. It’s made a big difference. 🙂
Love cruising with you in your boat. I can smell the sea water. Have a great week.
I’m happy to have you come along. You have a great week too. 🙂
What funnnn 🤩 I am sure the cruise was blissful.
I am thankful for God’s blessings now and every moment ✨
It was. It’s always such a joy to go on a cruise. I’m thankful for all of Gods blessings too. 🙂
That was a fun video and the water did look pretty smooth. Thanks for joining our Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
There was a little chop, but not bad. We’ve been out when the water would go over the top of the boat. That’s pretty rough water. 🙂
Nice to see the ocean view! Glad y’all had a great cruise.
Wishing you wonderful times. <3
We had a great cruise. Went the long way around, so it took an extra two hours. 🙂
How nice to see your video and I’m glad you are doing things you enjoy! Happy Thursday!
We are too, Eugenia. Happy Thursday to you too. 🙂
I’m so happy that you were given an opportunity to get back on the water. I’m so thankful for all of my friends who are interested in my move to my new home. My blogger friends have made me for very happy about this move with their positive words. Thank you for them.

To ride over fast water must be a real rush. Glad you were able to get out. 🛥
Our boat is a rush when we’re out and about for sure. 🙂
What a view and I’m so thankful you can cruise too.
That is quite an impressive dashboard.
Hugs cecilia
We so enjoy your cruises. Hugs back, my friend. 🙂

It looks wonderful! I so miss being on the ocean.
It is wonderful. We so enjoy our time out on the water. 🙂
Thankful for the sun after a rainy three days!
You can send us some of that rain. It’s so dry here. 🙂
very fun! The only boat I’ve ever had was a sea kayak! Great fun! But no bed onboard! xoxoxo
We have everything we need to enjoy our time on the water. We’re most comfortable. 🙂
Very nice. We are glad you are able to cruise and have fun.
Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber
We are happy about that too. Happy Thursday. 🙂
That is a big freighter. I am glad you get to sail. XO
They don’t stop either. They can’t. 🙂
I am glad you can still enjoy the water.
I am glad too, Marsha. 🙂
What wonderful views!! Thanks so much for sharing them!
We love all the views of the delta. 🙂
I adore being by the water, and here near Detroit, we see a ton of freighters and other boats. Just listening to the water lap is soothing!
It sure is and we love it. We love our California Delta. 🙂
I loved seeing the video & the pics. Enjoy while you can, my friend.🤗((Hugs))
We are doing just that, Michelle. We’re slower, but we’re still out there boating. Hugs. 🙂
What fun, i hope you have many cruises left to enjoy.
We hope we have many more cruises too. 🙂
Cruising looks like fun… Thankful for two miles of wooded trails (kept in shape by hubby) for us to enjoy AND for a visit from Mama Doe and the twins last evening. 💞 Enjoy your journeys, Sandee! xo
Oh that’s a fun thing too. Good for you. 🙂
That sure looks like a fun time! I miss the days when we had our boat. We stuck to lakes and rivers but it was always so nice out on the water.
We so love our boat. Smooches to Luke. 🙂
I’m thankful that my peeps didn’t get blown out of the water in New London CT harbor when they were in a flimsy day sailboat. A US Navy rightfully yielded right of way. I guess they didn’t want to lose any taxpayers.
I don’t know if the sub were atomic or not
You crack me up, Kismet. Happy Thankful Thursday. 🙂
