It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.
I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.
Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.
One of the greatest gifts you can give someone is thanking them for being part of your life.
Happiness comes when we stop complaining about the troubles we have and offer thanks for the troubles we don’t have.
Life’s a beach. Enjoy the waves.
The best way to be happy is to turn the negatives into positives. Don’t let anyone steal your joy and be thankful for what you have.
When some things go wrong, take a moment to be thankful for the many things that are going right.
What are you thankful for today?
A beautiful thankful post. Have a beautiful day and week!
Thanks, Nancy. You do the same. 🙂
Love these. Life is a whole lot easier when you’re thankful for the good in your life.
It sure is a whole lot easier for sure. Happier too. 🙂
A beautiful post! Mom and I are thankful each and every day to have each other.
That’s a wonderful thing. 🙂
Very good advice. On bad days, we always stop to think about how good our lives really are, and how many are not as fortunate and it helps. Always be thankful and appreciative towards others.
It sure does help. That’s what I do as well. 🙂
Such a positive post! I think when we look at the negatives or the things going wrong, it can become a downward spiral and before long, those are the only things we see. Sometimes it takes a little effort but it’s worth trying to find the goodness, the things that are going right, the things you do have, the blessings and small joys in each day. Happy Thursday, Sandee! xx
You’re right about that. If we focus on the positives we’re doing it right. Happy Thursday, my friend. 🙂
That is a great post and Oh so true. Sandee, hope you and Zane have a fine day.
You have a fine day too, Marg. I’m glad Black is home. 🙂
I am thankful that my husband had a wonderful 70th birthday celebration that included just he and I going out to a lovely dinner where he ordered the BEST ribeye steak that I have ever tasted in my life!!! It was so peaceful and wonderful there. Thank you for your lovely greetings/wishes for him too! xoxo
I’m glad you had a great birthday with Lenny. Happy Thursday. 🙂
Great quotes. There is always something to be thankful for in our lives. XO
Yes, if we take the time to focus on positive instead of the negative. 🙂
Those were all terrific and we like the waves one! Thanks for joining the Thankful Thursday Blog Hop!
I liked that one the most, Brian. Thanks for hosting the fun. 🙂
All good thoughts in those quotes!
Happy Thursday! <3
I thought so too. 🙂
We all are buried under negativity and stress, from the media, advertising, and folks who will grouse about anything!
Reminding ourselves that there is an alternative way to view things, makes all the difference.
I refuse to listen to all the negative things. Happy here. Period. 🙂
I’m thankful Sandee that I’m able go on these cruises. I’m still alive cruising with my friends even though I’m sick right now. Thanks my friend.
Cruisin Paul
If you love cruises then good for you. Sorry your sick, but that’s what happens to most that cruise. It sure happened to us. 🙂

“One of the greatest gifts you can give someone is thanking them for being part of your life”. I think it is very important to let those around us know how much we appreciate them.
Have a great Thankful Thursday!
It is indeed, Viola. 🙂
There is always so much more going right than wrong, we just need to stop and notice. Being thankful about it is a great way to do just that. Have a great Thursday!
This is very true, my friend. You have a great Thursday too. 🙂
I’m thankful I can rest assure He’s got this! 🌻🤗 ((Hugs))
Amen to that. 🙂
We are thankful that the bad tooth is out of Mommy’s head.
That’s always a good thing. Nothing worse than a toothache. 🙂
Great advice! I hope that you are enjoying the sunshine!
We are and the sun is out again this morning. It’s cold, but it’s ever so pretty out. 🙂
Excellent advice, Sandee! 🙂 We need to remember that many people are worse off than we are. Gratitude is everything! Thanks for the reminder.
That is so very true. Gratitude is everything. 🙂
Always thankful for my sweetheart and our wonderful kitty Lucy!
I know you are. We are alike on that front. Lovies to Miss Lucy. 🙂
Isn’t that so true about looking at what is going right in our lives? So often we skip that entirely and forget how good things are, because of a few bad things that come our way.
Have a great one my friend!
I hear you. I refuse to do this. You have a great one too, Jen. 🙂
