Mondays Music Moves Me

4M-badge-vintage-etheral1Who are the Music Moves Me bloggers? They are bloggers who blog about music each Monday and if you have music to share, you are most welcome to join! (Music Posts Only-meaning at least one music video, please!)

Our host is Cathy from Curious as a Cathy. Her co-hosts are: Stacy from Stacy Uncorked, and Alana from Ramblin’ with AM.

Patrick of Adventures in Weseland is August’s Honorary Co-host. Patrick came up with an excellent theme for this week. He wants us to build a playlist of songs we heard on the radio for National Radio Day. When hearing this weeks prompt I remembered spending hours in my youth listening to the Beetles on the radio.

We’d love more music lovers to join us. It’s easy! All you have to do is add your link with a music post that contains at least one music video (there must be a music video). And that’s it!

We are not into music enough to blog about it. Mom listens to whatever is playing on the radio and that is good. She’s not a fan of the videos, MTV, or making tapes back when that was a thing. It is fun to see what people post, though, as sometimes there are oldies she has forgotten about.

I loved the Beatles as a little girl and I still do. We all had to pick our favorite Beatle – mine was George Harrison. But they were all so talented. As an adult I discovered a cousin I didn’t know growing up went to one of their concerts. ENVY!

I remember the Beatles’ hits when I was a kid. I think I mostly heard their music mostly at school, perhaps the older kids playing their songs on vinyl at lunch. They produced a lot of hits during their years together. It was sort of sad when they broke up but each band member went on to make their own beautiful music. I guess it was Paul McCartney & Wings I listened to mostly. I’m enjoying your playlist this morning and will continue to finish up while doing other things. Thanks for joining the 4M party, dearie. Have a boogietastic week! 😘
