My pet rock can remember a time of no phone, no TV, no channels, no bathroom…ever see a pet rock shudder before?

I remember the phone on the wall too with a party line and occasionally, you could listen in on another person’s conversation.

I remember I had no computer 🖥 for 40+ years then I got a computer for Christmas have no cell phone no cell service where I live

Yep, I’m old enough to remember all those things too. How did we ever survive…lol Oh and I don’t care what anyone else thinks but I will not be wearing the swimsuit.

Good ones! Mom always remembers the last time she dealt with a TV that didn’t have a remote. She was on a layover in New Orleans and she had to get out of bed and walk across the room to turn off the TV. People are so spoiled today and most don’t even realize it!
When I was a kid I was the one that got up to change the channels. I think we only had three channels too. At midnight you got the test pattern. I remember. 🙂
I love the one about today is a fresh start and don’t bring yesterday into it. Ain’t that the truth. Happy Tuesday.

We are members of a health club. Someone asked me if took water aerobics…I said I would only take if I was allowed to wear sweatpants. MOL MOL MOL

Love #4. Heck, I remember NO TV. I would listen to the soap operas on the radio with my grandma (Guiding Light and Search for Tomorrow).
