My Mom totally loves these posters – she decided to just quit worrying about her weight and enjoy her old age…….besides, as you become less active due to health or aging FOOD becomes more important. LOL At least that’s her current excuse (!!).

    Hugs, Teddy

I’m 8 pounds overweight and it’s bugging me something awful. I walk five days a week and try to eat properly. It works most of the time. A hug to you and lots of scritches to Teddy. 🙂

You’re most fortune that you don’t have weight issues. I have eight pounds that need to come off. That’s now to bad for someone that’s 73. Happy week. ♫♪Happy Birthday, Olivia.♪♫

These are all great. That is a super power I would love to have. 🙂 Thanks for hosting. Have a nice day. XO

I would love to have that super power too. It would be most wonderful. Have a fabulous day, Ellen. A hug to you and scritches to all the kitties. ♥

Love these and I can relate to them all. Just the other day I was with my daughter and said I wanted cinnamon rolls. She said I thought you weren’t eating sugar any more. I had to confess that I couldn’t keep that up

    • Sandee says:

Sadly I can too. It would be good if we could have that super power though. I’d hang around the gym each day for a bit to make sure I was thin. Happy Tuesday. 🙂

Hello again, dear Sandee! Very complicated this subject! But when I read that watching some exercises, in a concentrated way, the same muscle could be improved, I may say we have a chance…🤣 Have a fabulous day, my friend!❤️😘

My doctor, kind and wise, leaves me with little hope of weight-loss through exercise. His attempts at subscribing weight-loss medication have been a losing battle with insurance, too. Oh, well, more meds lead to more side effects, and appetite isn’t really my issue. So what can you do? The Food Pyramid lie screwed us all. ~sigh~ Thanks for the giggles; and hugs, my dear.

I was meant to lose 2 kilos – I did lose one kilo and then xmas and holidays came so six week’s of parties, travel and weekends away, I gained 3 kilos. I did lose 2 kilos by the time I saw the dr again but I was exactly the same as whenI last saw him. ha.
