I am not a cat but I do stay inside because it is to peoplely out there and I tell Bob all the time, we are well past our warranty, past our expiration date, and that is why we are so creaky and grumpy

I can relate to all of these. Of course here it’s Gibbs instead of a cat. I definitely don’t rise and shine in the morning. Caffeinate and hope for the best is exactly how my days start.
I used to bounce out of bed ready for the day. Now it takes about an hour and lots of coffee. A hug to you and scritches to Gibbs. 🙂
