Every person is a god to his or her dog. No species sets the bar for being a god lower.

I tend to agree with #3. Diamonds may be expensive, but they will never worship the ground you walk on or growl intimidatingly at people who hassle you. And you can get a dog without supporting some labor, abusive industry in Africa.

  2. My GBGV Life says:

Great dog quotes. Mom always tells us each we are the best dog but since we can’t all be, one is the best boy dog, the best sniffer dog, the best cute dog and the best sweet dog are how she does it.

  3. Xena and Lucy says:

You know I love all of these, but the bottom right one is the one that most resonated with me. I can’t watch a movie where the dog dies. P.S. I’m a big deal to my schnauzer, especially!

  4. MadSnapper says:

agree 100 percent with all four and I would not trade my Beau for the biggest diamond in the world. I can’t stand it when a dog or any animal is harmed in a movie.

  5. ghostmmnc says:

I agree, dogs are super friends. That last one definitely – I won’t watch or read a sad dog story, or any animal for that matter. I hate when the news blurts out that an animal was killed at some accident. They really shouldn’t do that with no warning.
    Now ..
Happy Tuesday! Stay cool – we’re up for record heat today 107 to 109 possibly. <3

These are great. I have cats now, but I grew up with dogs. I especially agree with that last one – not just movies, but books too. Have a great day!

These are great and I agree with everyone of them ~ thanks,

Lots of hugs and love to you from me and Ziggy ~ Xos

If the opening scene of a movie shows a dog with the star of the movie I know the dog will die. It’s just a fact and I hate it when that happens. I keep watching the movie hoping this time the dog will live but he always ends up being killed while trying to save his human best friend.

  9. Catscue says:

Loved those! I heard a news report where a man was walking his dog and was kidnapped, they found him thank goodness but my first question was – is the dog OK?

  10. Kismet says:

All of those are wrong. We have two dogs and they should be “dogs” in the plural. Alas,, I’m a single parrot.

  11. Suzana says:

It’s nice to see also tales about dogs, at least for an equilibrium!
I do not have a dog or a cat. But I love them where ever I see them.
Sometimes they seems to be cleverer than us…
Thank you for the new series, dear Sandee. My post for WW will be tomorrow morning
    Have a fine evening! Hugs!❤️😘

  12. Rosey says:

Yes, to the movies! If they’re going to kill or hurt the dog, I don’t even want to see the movie anymore, period.

Oh goodness, so cool. I love the things you share. This is great and I am going to have to ask my sister the name of her dog so I can share her. She has had a rough life, was purchased from a private owner and the people took her back. U G H – that dog looks at my sis like she is her saving grace. ITs too sweet but heartbreaking that someone did not think she deserved to be in their family. Thanks for all you do and many hugs and lots of love my friend.

Hello my Sista! Did you have a nice day? That’s good. Well, this is the blog I tried to do for today, and word snatched it right up! So I’m working on Wednesday’s. See ya tomorrow! Hugs to my Sista for always! Have a good evening. I slipped today and through my back out… sure is painful… Oh well, such is life in the big city, right? Have a goodnight… Love ya… always my Sis!

  17. Forgetfulone says:

I agree on each one. I’ve had three significant dogs in my life, and they have all crossed the Rainbow Bridge before getting another one. This time, we didn’t get another dog, but we have a cat.
