Happy Tuesday, Sandee! I love the one by Mark Twain.
Happy Tuesday, Eugenia. Mark Twain was most brilliant. 🙂
💖
Sandee these are fabulous. In a city the size of Raleigh we decided years ago we would not wait in line to eat anywhere. We’ll just head down to the next cafe.
We giggle at ourselves sometime it takes both of us to get a memory 100% correct.
Hugs and thank you for Happy Tuesday
Cecilia
We don’t wait in line either. We would love to got to lunch with you at your favorite lunch place though. Big healing hugs, my friend. 🙂
every one of these is a winner!! Love them! Hoping you had a nice, relaxing holiday weekend! xoxo
We had a most wonderful and quiet weekend. Hope yours was most wonderful too. Scritches to the boys. 🙂
Hahaha!
I love this! <3
I agree. Happy week. 🙂
Same to you, Sandy, have a great week 😊
I’m not sure if forgetting what I remember and trying to remember it is easier or harder than remembering what I forgot and trying to decide if it’s worth it or not…the pet rock just facepalms me at times like that…
You live in a zoo and you’re the zoo master. 🙂
So true about waiting in line. Thanks for hosting. Have a great day. XO
Yes indeed, Ellen. You have a great day too. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
These are some really funny ones.
Happy Tuesday <3
I agree with you, Barbara. 🙂
I hardly find anything worth waiting in line for, these days.
Meir is right. However bumpy the ride, it beats trying to get off.
I haven’t started remembering things that didn’t happen, but I’d give a lot to forget certain things that did.
Age is a fabulous thing. Hubby and I laugh all the time. 🙂
I am on the old age flight, and so true, nothing can be done
I’m on the same flight, Sandra. Scritches to Beau. 🙂
These are great Sandee ~ favorite is the one about standing in line ~ Xo
Lots of hugs and love to you from me and Ziggy,
Wishing you good health, laughter and love in your days,
A ShutterBug Explores,
aka (A Creative Harbor
I hate standing in line. Love and hugs to you and Ziggy. 🙂
These are all wonderful! Nope, no waiting in line for me!
That makes two of us, Miss Molly. 🙂
Mark Twain was so pithy!
I love that kind of pithy. 🙂
LOL! I always enjoy Mark Twain’s quotes!!
I do too. He was so witty. 🙂
Great post! Especially Will Rogers! I have said for years and years- “The only thing I will stand in line for is a free round trip to the moon!!!” HUGS!
He was so very smart wasn’t he? Love and hugs, Kathe. 🙂
Too true, and too funny!
Yes and yes. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
All great quotes. The Golda Meir one is so true.
It sure is, Patricia. 🙂
Heeheehee! And if we are blessed to live long enough, we’ll all be on that plane. Happy Tuesday!
I hear you. I’m doing pretty good so far. Happy Tuesday. 🙂
Somebody help me. I’m a youngster trapped in an old body.
That makes two of us. I love you, Kismet. 🙂
Good ones. I haven’t remembered things that never happened but my daughter seems to remember things that I don’t remember ever happening.
I hear you. Kids do remember things we don’t. Makes me wonder. Happy week, Ann. 🙂
That Mark Twain one is a little scary. I have had a few of those lately. Not anything important but things I remember clearly and then I go to watch a clip of it (because they were sporting events I was at) and it wasn’t how I remember it at all….yikes!
It is, but I’ve done it. I’m old. 🙂
I’m living the top 2, LOL!
Yep, I’m living them all. 🙂
Hello Sandee. A little bit late, this time.
Again a fine series, even I avoid the word ‘old’ or similar.
All the best to you.
Just a word. You will find on my post a note. In this moment it is possible to be a different situation. The Universe will decide!
I’m in my 70s and feel good in my skin. Happy Wordless Wednesday, Suzana. 🙂
These are funny, but true too. Happy Tuesday!
They are most true. Happy Tuesday, Yvonne. 🙂
Those were all terrific and we can relate to all of them.
I sure can. I’m old. 🙂
So very true about waiting in line! Most things just aren’t worth it, and the older I get, the more I feel that way.
I hear you. I hate waiting in line and will avoid it almost every time. 🙂
The people who have the crystal clear memories on things I have no recollection of at all, are the ones that get to me. Are they Mark Twaining (per your quote) or am I losing my mind? I’m going with the former, lolol
It’s a short trip for me, Rosey. Happy rest of the week. 🙂
LOL! Those are some funny quotes!
Funny and true. Scritches to the furbabes. 🙂
Sandee…I can definitely relate to all of these. I’m not sure that it made me happy, but it is always nice to realize none of us are alone in this aging cycle. Though, I am reminded everyday with Tom and most of my friends taking the ride along with me. Hugs, Janet and smooches from the boys
We are not alone and we laugh at ourselves all the time. Love and hugs all around and a smooch to Cooper Murphy and Sawyer. 🙂
Thank you Sandee for all you do. Especially making us laugh and enjoy these blog hops each week. Have a wonderful week.
I’m glad you’re here, Anne. Love and hugs. 🙂
If my memory serves, these are most definitely true. LOL
I especially love the one by Mark Twain!
I hear you. I love Mark Twain too. 🙂
LOL LOL LOL, absolutely brilliant and so true!!!
Yes indeed. Happy day and rest of the week. Scritches to the kitties. 🙂
Some very astute observations from some very smart folks.
I agree with you, my friend. Scritches to the pups, a smooch to Norman and a big hug to mom. 🙂
I forget everything! It’s so bad. I watched a video lately about how mom’s try to manage everything and so they forget everything. My story. Happy June!
Same here, Jen. 🙂
