I was really getting miserable with my weigh. Letting go of the snacks has helped me so much. 🙂

I was a little pudgy too, but 7 months ago I started walking and not more snacking. I’m down 12 pounds. I’m happy about that. 🙂
My train of thought derailed…I can definitely relate, and am going to remember this to use (too frequently)! Also loved the driving me crazy one…heck, they’re all relateable!

LOL! Those made us really laugh! Mom’s train of thought derailed a lot the weeks right after her heart attack but short term memory issues are common with big heart attacks. It seems that is all in the rear view mirror now. We love the driving me crazy one too! Happy Tuesday!

Anytime I have a snackcident hereabouts, the pet rocks are filming…or think they are (I took the sim card out of their device..nyuk).
