The first kitty I ever loved was a black cat named Pooki. I later named one of my dogs after him!

I know you're not a big fan of cats Paul and that's okay. Everyone has their favorites. Some are dog people, some are cat people and I know some that don't want animals in their homes at all. 🙂

What a sweet sentiment. Some people shun black cats because of superstitious beliefs, but the poor things deserve love, too. I've had black cats since 1968. My latest one, Felix, is now 16 years old and still spry.
My last baby was black and she was the most loyal and loving cat I ever had. I miss her so much. 🙂
Our Felix is a very skittish cat and not one to be loving to strangers, but we know how hard it is to deal with is the loss of our beloved pets They never live as long as we want them to.

Now I'm worried about leaving the house…my dog doesn't want a cat here!
Our Little Bit doesn't want a cat in our house either. She would be chasing it all the time. 🙂
