Aww, what a sweet little snuggler. I agree, retirement is great!
    Have a lovely weekend.

  3. Ann Thompson says:

I would like to be doing exactly what that cat is doing.
I’m low on patience as well. I’ve had to work with some newer people lately that amaze me with how clueless they can act.
I like #3. Working best when not working sounds good to me.

  4. 15andmeowing says:

Such a cute kitty. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and for participating in the fill-ins, great answers. I am glad that you are enjoying your retirement. Have a wonderful weekend. XO

Meowser Ms. Ellen, you’re answers mirror how mom is thinking. Looks like May might speed by, too.

We love retirement. We’re busy little bees, but we’re doing what we want to do, not what someone else wants us to do. Happy weekend and Happy Mothers Day to a great mom. 🙂

  11. Jen says:

Oh my gosh, yes on 1. I think that the internet makes it worse. Everyone can voice their opinion on everything. My mama taught me its OK to have an opinion, and even a strong opinion, but you don’t ALWAYS have to voice it….

  12. Rose A (@mail4rosey) says:

April did fly by and now the first week of May is gone too!

I like your answers. Here are mine:
    1. I am running low on ice cream (which isn’t a good thing because two of my grands are spending the night tonight).
    2. I never run out of toilet paper (since the TP crises anyway, lolol).
    3. I work best when kids are following the classroom expectations.
    4. My teen making honor roll every single semester of middle school caught me by surprise (very good surprise, since he’s the one who isn’t overly fond of school). 🙂

    • Sandee says:

Love your fill-ins. I’m coming over for some ice cream. Ice cream is my weakness. We won’t run out of toilet paper either. Happy Mother’s Day. 🙂

  13. UP says:

    I have been otherwise detained…
    1. I am running low on patience.
    2. I never run out of napability_____________.
    3. I work best when fully alert and rested _________.
    4. _Back surgery rehab and etc
    caught me by surprise.

  14. DrillerAA says:

I am running low on patience with politicians from both sides of the aisle.
I never run out of love for my Savior. There is nothing that I am or have without His blessing in my life.
I work best when the goal is to make someone else happy.
How fast the grandcrew have grown up caught me by surprise. The youngest graduates high school in two weeks.

    • Sandee says:

Love your fill-ins. Yes your grandcrew grew up very fast. I am glad I got to watch them grow up. Have a fabulous Sunday. Happy Mother’s Day to your wonderful wife. 🙂

  15. meowmeowmans says:

Now THAT’S the way to spend a Friday. 🙂

We, too, can hardly believe it is already May, Sandee. Where does the time go?

  16. Marv, Jo Jo, Kozmo, Cinnamon and Barb says:

Mom can relate to your fill – in answers. She says she needs to work less hard though. And we agree, We are glad that all her work around the Midway Elementary School is over but we are sad that the school is going to close, Politics is a dirty word at our house as that is what is all is. We hope you have a marvellously Happy Mother’s Day! Purrs Marv

    • Sandee says:

Politics are a dirty word in so many homes. They solved nothing. Happy Mother’s Day, Barb. Scritches all around and a smooch to Marv. Lots of healing hugs to Cinnamon. 🙂
