It is pretty unbelievable that this is November already. This year went by way too fast. I can’t say that I’m much looking forward to the holidays either.
I wish I did something constructive when I’m dealing with stress but I go right for the comfort food.

  2. stevebethere says:

Meowser Ms. Sandee, I’m right there with you on comfort food!!! (Hate this diet – hate diets in general!) However, we disagree on the holidays – I’m totally excited about them. In fact, it is trying my patience to leave Thanksgiving decorations up for 3 more weeks when all I want to do is purrpare for Christmas — BTW, I believe it will be a wonderful Christmas this year because all the nasty crap should be over and done with by then, so we can celebrate!!!!

I never thought I would say this but I would like to take her giant screen TV and toss it out in the middle of the pool! It runs day and night. I can’t believe the year 2021 is almost here it will be here in a blink of an eye

  5. -Eugenia says:

This year just flew by! I am looking forward to the holidays because it’s something to look forward to – decorating, listening to Christmas music, watching the same Christmas Hallmark movies I’ve watched many times before. The holidays will be different but I am going to make the best of it. 🦃🎄Happy Friday!

  6. 15andmeowing says:

Cite kitty. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and thanks for participating in the fill-ins. I think the holidays will be sad when we can’t be with loved ones. The year did go by quickly despite the virus. Have a nice weekend. XO

  7. My GBGV Life says:

We are looking forward to the holidays, they will be the same as usual for us. Lots of good food and some family. Right now, Mom is in comfort food mode. Cooler weather brings it on. Happy Friday!

TV and reading are how I deal with stress.

  11. Jim says:

I hope this nice kitten can get her body through those fence slats or get her head out backwards. She is sooo very pretty.
    🙂 🙂
Here are my this weeks questions:
    1. I never thought I would say this, but November sneaked up on me.
    2. I can’t believe how close this election is with still no declared winner.
    3. Taking a nap is how I deal with stress.

    🙂 🙂 🙂

  12. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

There must be more interesting things on the other side of the fence.
We usually go to an all inclusive hotel for 4 days over Christmas and meet up with all the friends we have made there. I cancelled it a month or so ago as I wouldn’t feel safe mixing with others, so now I am not looking forward to Christmas either.

  13. The OP Pack says:

Peek-a-booKitty, you are very sweet. We like to poke our heads through the spindles of the deck rail. It is easy to push our furry heads out but sometimes it is harder to get them back in:)

Woos – Lightning, Misty, and Timber

  14. Tony McGurk says:

That kitty looks like a wild animal stalking it’s prey.

I never thought I would say this, I’m a grumpy old man now
I can’t believe COVID is still happening nearly a year later
Motorcycling is how I deal with stress.
Now is the perfect time to rest & relax on the weekend
    Have a great weekend Sandee.

  15. messymimi's meanderings says:

That cat is in the jungle, being the king.

We will do holidays this year, masks. being outdoors, separate tables, whatever we need to do to safely get together. Not everyone can, i get that, but Grandma wants to try, so we will try.

  16. The Gang at LLB says:

I am trying to gear up to enjoy the holidays, but it’s going to be rough….I can’t believe how fast the year has sped by!

  17. Rosey says:

What a gorgeous picture. It looks like kitty is in part hunter, part sweetheart mode. 🙂

I can’t reach for the comfort food. Since my emergency hysterectomy a few years ago, I gain weight so easy and it is now very hard to get off. Adjusting my whole life style to accommodate, but still happy I had the surgery.

I never thought I would say this, but I’m happy I had a hysterectomy (lol, on my mind from my comment).
I can’t believe the weekend is finally here!
Praying is how I deal with stress.
Now is the perfect time to get my shower taken, so I can get the kiddo to basketball practice. 🙂

    Have a wonderful weekend!!

  18. Anne Robinson says:

A sweet kitty. Thank you always for everything. I liked your answers. I nearly forgot Friendly Fill In’s this week. So glad I caught myself coming and going and posted. It seems it always a busy time when I am trying to get my blog posts together. But I suppose then I have more to say! You know me, never at a loss for words. Thanks again and enjoy your SONday and see you Monday too! HUGS across the miles XO XO

  21. Jan K says:

It’s really sad that now people are being advised to not even get together with their whole families for the holidays. We usually stick close to home anyway, but I know many people travel and I feel for them.

  22. L.M.G. Miller says:

What a cute and curious little kitty! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I also can’t believe this year is already nearing its end. It somehow flew by while also trudging along like molasses. That’s 2020 for you. Have a wonderful week!
