What a pretty cat that is
Shopping for Christmas gifts stresses me out too. I like that movie and haven’t seen it in a while. There is a Christmas song called “Christmas memories” I can’t remember who sings it but I’m pretty sure it’s a country singer. I loved the song when I first heard it.

    • Sandee says:

That’s probably the case. Or an evil squirrel. Your mom and I are on the same page about Christmas carols and shopping. 🙂

  3. Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

That is a pretty cat with a very intense look.
I agree with your fill ins. I dislike shopping in crowds at the best of times.

Meowser Ms. Sandee! That is a fine looking kitty. It sounds like you don’t like shopping any more than mom. I think the worst part of shopping this time of year for her is that many snowbirds have arrived and driving is much worse than normal… this will last until about Easter.

    • Sandee says:

I hate shopping. I don’t mind grocery shopping, but any other shopping is awful. We don’t have snowbirds, but I’ve heard stories. 🙂

Love your answers, they are all so true! This time of year it’s the planning that stresses me the most though. Trying to fit in the different family parties and get everyone to make it, and one with the girlfriends is a challenge every year! I love Christmas but sometimes I’m just relieved when it’s over! 🙂

    • Sandee says:

We quit going to all parties and that took a lot of stress off our shoulders. I do love Christmas, but it’s more stress than not. 🙂

  6. 15andmeowing says:

Such a pretty kitty. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday. And thank you for participating in the fill-ins. I always enjoy your answers. I love to shop, but there are too many people out this time of year. It’s a Wonderful Life is a great movie, but it makes me cry too much so I no longer watch it. Have a great weekend! XO

    • Sandee says:

I love the fill-ins and now that we are doing organized boating anymore I can play every week. I’m happy about that. You have a great weekend too. 🙂

    3. If you ask me,the birth of a Savior makes the season merry and bright.

    • Sandee says:

Cats can really let you know when they are put out or unhappy. Thanks for playing along. Our traffic is awful year around. Thanks for playing along. Happy day and weekend. 🙂

    • Kathe W. says:

Whoops pushed “enter” before I was done! Love the expression on the kitty’s face! Have a Happy Weekend! xoxo
ps the banner photo of Lucy was taken just a few weeks after she’d been adopted by us! She was only 6 months old then!

    • Sandee says:

I quit doing cards a long time ago. I dumped all the stressful things. A Christmas Story is a good one too. Yes family is the very best. Happy day and weekend, my friend. 🙂

  8. Deziz World says:

Cute kitty. We just luv Christmas. Peeps seem nicer and luv is in the air. Since we don’t have money, we don’t feel the stress of shioppin’, but we can ‘magine it’s not much fun. We hear stories ’bout peeps tryin’ to get the latest and greatest of everythin’. MOL Hope you have a pawsum weekend. Big hugs

    Luv ya’

I agree, Christmas Carols do bring back memories!! Bing Crosby was on the radio here and I thought of my grandpa, who used to sing along with him and loved him so much. And of course, Brenda Lee, Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree takes me way back.

    Here’s mine:
    1. Teaching stresses me this time of year. The kids are wired because they’re about to go on vacation, and it’s very hard for them to focus in class.
    2. My favorite holiday film is Rudolph.
    3. If you ask me, family (going with your answer here!) makes the season merry and bright.
    4. Ornaments on the tree bring back memories.

    • Sandee says:

Thanks for playing along. I would bet the kids are having a horrible time concentrating. Decorations is a wonderful happy to me. 🙂

    • Sandee says:

What a gorgeous kitty and great answers. Since I do all my shopping on-line that doesn’t stress me much, but everything else certainly does. Thanks as always for linking us up. What a gorgeous kitty! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! There is so much about shopping that is stressful, especially this time of year. That’s why we need things like Christmas carols to get rid of that stress and enjoy ourselves. Merry Christmas season!
