What better way to start the week than with a smile.
We let Squeaker out of the safe room Tuesday evening and let him/her meet Lil’ Bit. They began grooming each other and a bit later it was time for dinner and we were worried about them having issues with food. Well here’s how it went. They play, chase each other and groom each other. Squeaker is already a lap cat. We are over the moon.
A huge thank you to Ellen of 15 and Meowing for the wonderful gifts she sent to Lil’ Bit. Unfortunately Squeaker took over all of them right away. The following morning Lil’ Bit was finally allowed to play with the gifts.

They are getting along so very well. The little one follows Lil’ Bit around and they are now sleeping together. Love and hugs, my precious friend. 🙂
Hello my Sista, So far looks like everyone deserted me, but maybe they’ll be around tomorrow. Stop in to say hello maybe when I get up I can do an Aww Monday’s too. We’ll see… are you going to do Tuesday’s one too? Love you my wonderful Sista… Merry Christmas… Having surgery on Thursday… well it’s not really they’re going to knock me out to give me a shot in the back it’s a big big needle! OUCH! hehehe HUGS

It is lovely to see how quickly they got on together. Squeaker is so cute playing with the toy.
We were hopeful this would happen. They did talk to each other and paw play under the safe room door for three days. We love them both. 🙂

Great news that they are getting along. The older one is just showing the younger one who is the boss probably. They will be fast friends and lil bit has someone to show her that your home is truly a safe place.
Squeaker does the same things that Lil’ Bit does. Lil.’ Bit is a great teacher. They both use the litter box so very well. Not one accident. 🙂

Sandee, When Celestine and I first moved into our condo we had 4 boys and one verry timid girl cat, we had hung a cat toy called Marty Mouse from the upstairs handrail Tigger our girl cat would play with that at night when the boys were sleeping. She would play so hard with the toy the bell would hit the metal railing and wake us up.we did not mind and than there was the 4 corners of the bed where the boys would sleep tiger our girl cat would sneak up on the bed in between our heads and sleep there.
I didn’t know this, Mike. How precious. We don’t bother the kitties when they’re playing at night either. They are most precious. Happy Awww Monday and week. A hug to you and lots of scritches to Screwball. 🙂
