    • Sorry you’re freezing. I’ll trade you some of my heat from some of your cool. 🙂

    • It’s cold for sure, but it feels good to look at it in this heat. 🙂

  1. That looks so nice when it is so hot and miserable here. We are excited for winter to return.

  2. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. Ms. Sandee, I have been meowing about the climate change hoax for at least half of my 4 1/2 years… It is my belief that our planet it actually headed toward a mini ice age, so it is wonderful to know it will look beautiful.

PS: thank you for hosting this blog hop.

    • We are on the same page as you. I think we’re headed to that too. Like back in the 80s. I remember that. 🙂

  3. That LQQKS beautiful and yes it’s made me cooler heheh! It is actually hot in London at the moment they call a couple of days of hot weather a heatwave here LOL 😯

    Have a cooltastic WWS ➡ 🙂

    • I’m happy about that Steve. We have a heatwave when it’s over 110 degrees. 🙂

  4. Yellowstone is amazing, isn’t it? What a beautiful scene! Thanks for the COOL thoughts and capture, Sandee. It’s supposed to be in the mid-90s here today, so we greatly appreciate your post. 🙂

Have a great Wednesday, my friend!

    • Yes it is. I thought we could all use some cool. You have a great Wednesday too. 🙂

  5. Kismet – New River, Arizona. – I'm a 16 year old Indian Ringneck parrot curmudgeon in New River, Arizona in the wild west country. If you're a sunflower seed, you're dinner.

Yellowstone could heat up at any time with seismic activity.

  6. I wish our mountains were that cool and soon they will be so I’m trying not to complain about the heat too much. I really have nothing to complain about. I have AC in my home, my car, in every place I go to and there are rivers nearby to cool off in. Interestingly, one of the coolest – as in temp – places I find are cemeteries. They’re always much cooler than anywhere else. I’m sure there’s a million creepy jokes as to why but seriously. The temps are lower there. – Happy Wednesday my friend. <3 Thank you for the daydreams of cooler weather on the horizon. 🙂

    • We stay in when we can too. Sometimes it’s just too hot. You’re welcome. 🙂

    • I know, because it’s too cold in the winter. Need to go in spring or fall. 🙂

    • Yes, I visited there years ago and it was beautiful. You have a great day. 🙂

  7. Tails Around the Ranch – Denver, CO – The inspiration behind this blog was one knuckleheaded Standard Poodle named Sam but is now inspired by a House Pony-Wilson. I'm Monika, the upright. Living in the Denver metro area, we post about dogs, rescue and nature. So grab your favorite beverage and be prepared to howl along with our adventures. And don't forget to bark your 'pup-tacular' comment; we'd love to hear from you.

Ooh, you’re right, that is one nice cooling scene! I feel better already. Just hope I don’t have to go outside into the triple digits. 😊

  8. Sandee thank you for linking me. We had 2 activities this morning..I’m just starting to check in.
Boy would I love to be in there in the beautiful photo. We have a heat index of 105-108 here today
    Hugs Cecilia

  9. Yes, it’s hot, but I do not want to think about the ‘s’ word yet!

  10. Deborah – South San Francisco, CA – I am a Wise Woman who has been on a spiritual journey for many years. My wisdom was not gained through a higher education but through the University Of Life and all the insight, knowledge gained through the pain of trials and tribulations on the path of weeping to healing. Though I have come a long way, I am not done yet! I still have much wisdom to gain, more growth through pain, and the beauty of spirit that come by continual shedding of the old to receive the new! Sweet Blessings!

    Just what I needed… <3 Thanks!

    • It’s only 90 degrees here today. The weekend was 100+. Stay cool, Mike. 🙂

    • The weather is cooler this week, but it’s still in the high 80s. Not that hot for us. Happy day to you and Ms. Zoe. 🙂

    • Not a problem. Glad to make sure you’re linked up. Happy Thursday. 🙂

  12. Isn’t that just beautiful? I have never been. Need to start traveling some….that was my plan till I lost mom and inherited more animals….one day.

Ahhh. What a breathtaking view! I’d love to see some snow right now! 😀 Then again, I’d take winter over summer any day. (Not a fan of suffocating humidity, ugh). Hoping your day is truly wonderful. ♥

    • It’s pretty hot here and after last weekends horrible heat I wanted something cool. 🙂

I completely understand! It has been hovering around 100-115 here with outrageous humidity. Very dangerous heat. Has been absolutely awful. Hope it cools down for y’all too! ♥
