It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for. I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

I’m thankful that hubby and I are comfortable. We have a peaceful home and we enjoy each others company. We have a wonderful routine that involves being with each other. We read together in the afternoon and then have a nice dinner together. We then watch a couple of shows on Netflix. We enjoy spending our time together and I cherish each day with the love of my life.

  10. Marie aka Dolly! – USA – Trying to be a really good blogger. I love having friends all over the world. It's so cool & very interesting. I love hugs... they're good for the soul & the heart! So HUGS to all & they'll stay all over my blog for sure. As for as long as you want them!! You need a hug??? COME ON DOWN!!! Stay safe, healthy & happy. God bless you all! Be safe & be healthy & spending more time with loved ones could be trying, so watch your temper & this too I promise you in accordance to my heart you will be rewarded for it!     Hi my new friend! I love making new friends and you’re so very nice and new! ~hehehe~ I’m also very happy to make a new friend that we already have something in common…. I am also thankful for the same things that you are thankful for, but one change… we don’t read together, but we do things on the computer together in the same room. Kinda side by side desks. We do go for walks together sometimes too and we love, love, love cuddling together at night when we go to sleep… Hubby says it’s nice to know we have our own little piece of heaven every night. Why just the other night he said to me… “Let’s get out of here!” I said, “HUH”? He said, “you know, let’s go to heaven”!!! I smiled and cuddled closer… I thank the Lord every night that he brought us together just as you do too I’m sure! Have a great evening my new friend!!! hugs

        By the way, wanna know how I met the hubby? I was a wrong phone number! I use to be a paralegal (retired now), & he paged on the 4th of July & I thought he was the man that stood me up the night before because it was 8 a.m. & I was sleeping on my day off. I read him the riot act for at least ten minutes when he interrupted & said, “Who is this?” SILENCE!!! I apologized for 10 minutes straight & then we talked for about 3 hrs. & the rest is history!!! It was meant to be! How did you meet the love of your life???
