Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

Today I’m thankful for all the rain we’ve been getting. We live in Central California and we have more fair weather than wet weather. We also live in a desert. We go for many months without rain, but when the rain shows up it’s wonderful.

After days of rain I welcome the sunshine back. As I write this the sky is blue and the sun is shining. It recharges my batteries.

What are you thankful for today?

Sometimes we get too much rain. Maybe we could make a trade, some of our rain for some of your fair weather 🙂
The sun was actually shining here yesterday and I was pretty thankful for that.

We had a lot of rain and we were most thankful. The water content in the snow on the mountains is really good this year too. 🙂

Yes it is and after they know all the nuts here in the early fall the air is filled with dust. The rain washes that all away. Happy Thursday. 🙂

Hi Sandee! We are thankful you are getting rain! We have a very similar climate here, but being in the Great White North, we do get snow in the winter. This year we don’t have enough and we will have to be extra vigilante for fires this summer. The low snow pack goes all the way up past where the Canadian Cats live (they are further north of us and we are actually closer-as the crow flies-to you. And I will keep Marv’s secret! We hope you have a marvellously Happy Day!
