Thankful Thursday

It’s Thankful Thursday hosted by Brian of Brian’s Home. He wants us to post what we’re thankful for.

I think it’s a good thing to do each week. Focus on the positive things in our lives.

Make sure you link up to the Blog Hop at Brian’s Home and get the code to put on your blog. Then visit all the participants.

Today I’m thankful that we finally had some rain. A nice soaking rain. It hadn’t rained since spring. Hubby and I stood at the window and just watched the rain come down.

I’m thankful that I’m spending my golden years with my precious husband. He’s a delight to be around and he treats me like a queen. I’m a lucky gal.

I’m thankful for all my blogging buddies. You all bring me such joy.

I’m also thankful for rain. We were in a drought, but finally got enough rain in the last week or two to alleviate it. I’m thankful to see the sun today though too, because it had been pretty dreary around here! I think snow is coming next, so that will pretty things up. 🙂

Rain is nice, and especially when you can watch it from the window and don’t have to be outside in it. It rains a lot here where I live so the grass turns a pretty green and the trees grow fast and tall. Head nuzzles.
