I can certainly relate to all of these. I never did get to go into the bank with a mask on though. They closed the lobby on mine and you could only go to the drive thru. I think they only way you could go in was with an appointment.

Me either, but it’s funny how it’s done now. I think you’re right about the appointment though. 🙂

LOL! So good quotes! People do not know the ‘secret of abundance’ 🙂 !
It’s not about money, it’s about filling the emotion of having them with an empty purse…🙂

Thank you, Sandee! Have a fabulous day!

Going into any business with a mask was something no one imagined until 2020. We sure wish mask would return to being for criminals only! Funny thing with banks too is that if you really need money, they won’t lend you any, but if you have a lot of money, they beg to lend you money!

Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. Hiya Ms. Sandee! Do you think a lot more banks have been robbed because of that ridiculous mask mandate? Don’t people realize a mandate isn’t law and not really enforceable? Our staff rarely goes to the bank, but Rumble went with them once and he says they didn’t wear a mask… they didn’t even do that at Halloween…. and they had no problems… Rumble claims he went in without a mask, too…. He loves road trips… so does Ms. Purrseidon. Katsu sort of likes trips, too, but I purrfer to stay home.

I know that, but there are businesses that won’t deal with you if you don’t have a mask on. We just leave. 🙂

  6. Cecilia Upchurch says:

Oh my word yes on the mask in a bank. I still get a scary feeling when I wear one in a business. How will we ever be able to distinguish the good people from criminals
Sandee thank you for you kind comment yesterday.

i did get to go in the bank once with a mask on during 2020, had to make and appointment when I quite TOPS and 4 of us went to the appoitment to remove me from the account all sporting masks, as did the person we talked to.. the good news was with the appointment, she had it typed and printed and just pointed to the 4 places each of us had to sign. 4 signatures and the masked gang was out the door

That first one is so ture – I was sitting in the car, putting my mask on before ducking into the bank and I thought “This is what it must feel like for theives as they put their balaklavas on before the hold up…” Ha!

These are great, especially the first one about the mask! I took a picture of a sign on a store a few years ago around halloween. It said you were not allowed to wear masks in the store. I’m sure it meant halloween masks at that time, but look at us now – lots of mask wearing in stores.
Hope your day has been going good! <3
