Friendly Fill-ins

Each Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions.

Ellen came up with the first two questions and Lorianne came up with the last two questions.

If you need help, please let either Ellen or Lorianne know.

Here are this weeks questions:
1. I hope the Easter Bunny brings me ____________.
2. My favorite part of the Easter ( or Passover) meal is _____.
3. I’m most looking forward to ______ this weekend.
4. For me, this time of year ________.

Here are my answers:
1. I hope the Easter Bunny brings me lots of chocolate.
2. My favorite part of the Easter (or Passover) meal is nothing. We don’t do a special meal for Easter. We don’t do special meals for Thanksgiving or Christmas either.
3. I’m most looking forward to visiting my granddaughter and great grands this weekend.
4. For me, this time of year makes me happy. Spring is my favorite of all the seasons.

Oh I hope he brings me chocolate too 🙂
I love spring as well. Yesterday I noticed little green leaves just starting to sprout on the tree in my front yard. It instantly brightened my mood.

  2. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.
Wing Commander Basil & The B Team says:

Beautiful kitten! And definitely #1, the more the better! LOL Here’s wishing mew an eggstra special Easter weekend, and thank mew for hositing!

  4. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. My wisdom was not gained through a higher education but through the University Of Life and all the insight, knowledge gained through the pain of trials and tribulations on the path of weeping to healing. Enjoy your time with your granddaughter and the great grands. ALways the best time with loved ones we care so much for. We have brunch at Brittany and Jeremy’s house SONday and than we have prime rib for the five of us SONday evening. I am making a chocolate cake from a recipe Valerie Bertinelli shared in her latest book. We take a fruit tray to Jeremy’s and Rebekah is preparing a spiral ham. Noelle does all the favorite brunch french toast and hashbrown casserole. Jeremy is the bacon master and Brittany had bagels and toast and we have a Mimosa bar too. 18. Jen – Texas – My name is Jennifer, but my friends and family call me Jen. I live in the DFW area here in Texas. I am a 49-year-old mom of two not-so-little kids - T (22) and S (19). I have been married to my best friend and soulmate, Fabian, for 23 years. We share our home with three crazy hairballs named Korina, Tabitha, and Tumbledart, and a doggo named Zac. I love reading and started at a young age when first introduced to my mother's stash of Nancy Drew Mysteries. Then I developed an odd fascination for horror and became obsessed with Stephen King during my middle school years. It is still my favorite horror novel. I was in high school when the "romance" book bug took a bite. I read my first historical romance novel, Skye O'Malley, by Bertrice Small, and I never looked back. That was almost 30 years ago. I love history and the Dark Ages of Scotland and Britain, with Tudor England and Regency following close behind. I adore Jane Austen! My passion is still Historical Romance, although I will read just about any genre that strikes my fancy these days. I have been gaming since the days of Atari when I would sit and play Asteroids and Missile Command for hours, after homework, of course! I still recall my father getting our first computer and becoming enveloped in PC gaming with Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves and Oregon Trail. Consoles by Nintendo and the Play Station soon followed, and the rest is history. I introduced my children to gaming at a young age, and we have been gaming and playing together ever since. We mainly play PC games like Minecraft, Wizard101, Pirate101, Toontown Rewritten, and games on Roblox and Steam, but we also play on the Switch and PS4, too. I have been online, in some form or fashion, building a website or sharing my thoughts and musings for quite a few years.
