Friendly Fill-ins

Each Thursday Ellen of 15andmeowing and Lorianne of Four-Legged Furballs, provide Friendly Fill-in questions.

Ellen came up with the first two questions and Lorianne came up with the last two questions.

If you need help, please let either Ellen or Lorianne know.

Here are this weeks questions:
1. _________ is the ________-est I have ever been.
2. I really hate going to _______________.
3. While most people _________, I _________.
4. I’m glad that _________ was invented.

Here are my answers:
1. Marrying hubby is the happiest I have ever been.
2. I really hate going to Costco. I’ll do any dirty job out there if I don’t have to go to Costco. It’s been a very long time since I’ve gone. I can be in the best mood ever and walk into Costco and turn into the devil incarnate.
3. While most people seem to be angry, I’m happy. As long as I stay out of Costco.
4. I’m glad that pasta, potatoes, gravy and great bread was invented. I’m a comfort food kind of gal.

I can if I’m in Costco. Hubby just goes and all is well. I love to grocery shop, but not at Costco. 🙂

  1. Memories of Eric and Flynn – I started this blog to show my holiday photos but haven't added to it for so long, but you can see my other holiday photos at https://allatseawithme.blogspot.com My main blog is my cat blog at https://twodevoncats.blogspot.com
Memories of Eric and Flynn says:

Aww, love that cute little tongue!
We don’t have a Costco so I don’t know how bad it is but know I wouldn’t like it either. At the beginning of the pandemic I had to shield so ordered everything in. I have no desire to go back to shopping in the crowds and still get everything delivered.

It’s usually packed with people that never got out much. They clog the isles, jam up the free food areas and just act like slobs. Not all, but to many. 🙂

      Sandee says:

It’s awful and knowing you you’d hate it too. It’s not a customer friendly place in my view. 🙂

  2. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.

What a cute kitty, and epic fill-ins today, I don’t like big stores like cost-co either! Thanks for hosting and Happy Friday!

I really love the comfort foods. I can give up lots of stuff, but not my comfort foods. I wish I could them more often. 🙂

You are so lucky to have found your hubby because you two are perfect for each other. We don’t go to Costco but Mom goes to Sam’s Club and she likes it.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Yes we are perfect for each other. Both of us consider ourselves lucky to have found each other. 🙂

I’ve never been to Costco, but the housekeeper has issues with Walmart… it gives her a headache and she suspects it might be the lighting or something.
Thank you for hosting this blog hop and I hope you have a wonderful weekend…

There are deals there and hubby can find them, but I’ll pass. Rather do anything than go to Costco. 🙂

The Hubby does all of the grocery shopping; if I’m with him, I just push the cart.
However, I’ll wander away to browse, and more than once he’s spent time looking for me up and down the aisles!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

I push the cart too and hubby as the chef does the shopping. I’m good with that. 🙂

  6. Cecilia Upchurch says:

I have a very hard time deciding my very favorite feline parts and pieces…’cause I love every inch of them. However, once you have been on the receiving end of a loving lick with their delicate sand paper tongue you are hooked. Madi often gently wrapped her paws around my hand while I was rubbing her then the licking commenced.

Ohhhhhh Costco appears quite intriguing when I hear of the deals….then I hear about the hoards of people. No thank
you. I didn’t like being in crowds B.C(ovid). so you can imagine my dislike now.
    Hugs and Happy Weekend

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Awww on Angel Madi. I love those little sandpaper tongues too.

Yes Costco is awful. Hoards of people indeed. Some aren’t very nice either. Happy weekend, my friend. Big hug. 🙂

    Eugenia says:

That is an adorable kitty! We used to go to Costco when we lived in Florida, and I found it annoying. It’s too big, many of the items were past their expiration date, and the checkout is a nightmare. Since we moved to Georgia, we don’t go to Costco and really have no need to go there. Happy Friday!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Yes on all those counts. We have things we need there, but when we don’t we’ll quit going. Happy Friday and weekend, Eugenia. 🙂

Costco gets very crowded but i’m not a member. A client is and i just go along to lift stuff into her cart so i don’t let the madness get to me.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

It’s a madhouse in there most of the time. What gets me is the huge people that go there for lunch. They clog up the aisles tasting bad food. Bless their hearts. 🙂

We have one here but I’ve never gone. I think we have a Sam’s but it’s been years since we went there. Didn’t like that either, so I know how you feel.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend! <3

  21. meowmeowmans
    meowmeowmans says:

    Aww, what a little cutie!

Sandee, the best trip we ever made to Costco was in the middle of a blizzard. We were literally two of about 20 customers total. It was glorious. LOL

  22. Rosey says:

LOL to your viewpoint of Costco.

The early 2000’s is the traveli-est I have ever been. We went to so many places in Europe and I loved every minute of it.
I really hate going to court (my ex-husband’s wife died so he’s reopened the court case trying to get full custody for our youngest child that he hasn’t wanted to see in over 7 years (not joint custody, just full custody) and I am losing my mind and my pocketbook over it, this marriage/divorce seems to be literally never ending).
While most people hate Mondays, I don’t mind them a bit.
I’m glad that electricity was invented.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

I’m sorry you’re having issues with your husband. How old is your son? I can’t remember the age the kids can decide what parent they want to live with, but I hope this turns out in your favor. Big hug. 🙂

      • Rosey says:

He’s 14. These things he does (the ex, not the child) are so life changing and he does them without second thought, and with such a vicious nature. It’s definitely a reminder that what I thought was the worst thing to happen to me (with the exception of family members passing) was a gift in disguise. I honestly do not even know this man. And how can that be? I saw a meme recently, it said, “Put your hair up in a bun, drink coffee, and handle it.” That’s my new life motto for right now. 🙂 Thanks for the hug. Have a wonderful day!

        • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
          Sandee says:

Find out what age your son can make his own decision about who he lives with. He may be old enough to do that now. Once he speaks it won’t matter what you ex wants. More hugs. If you need some help let me know. ♥
