4. I would like to get in better shape, but first I have to workout more. Motivation passes me by often.

It is amazing how people are really dumbing down so much these days. They just do things without thinking and expect others to take responsibility. It is crazy! Even in a parking lot, they walk right behind a car backing up without even looking. Have a great weekend!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

That and their noses are stuck in their phones. You’re also right about not taking responsibility. 🙂

  5. foguth – Though Jeanne began her career technical writing, her love of romantic-suspense, whether it be present, future or in an unknown galaxy inspired her to write the novels she wanted to find in bookstores. Since marrying, Jeanne and her husband have lived from the arctic to the tropics, as well as from yacht to off-grid mountain home. She loves using vivid colors and flowing shapes in her oil paintings as well as creating edible landscapes. At present, she is finishing writing the Chatterre Trilogy and working on a new episode for The Sea Purrtector Files. You can always find out what she is working on and/or contact her at: www.jeannefoguth.com.
    foguth says:

Meowser Ms. Sandee I’m thinking today’s kitty is looking at a spider… just look at her eyes! As per being kinder to idiots… that’s way too much like appeasement, which only makes things worse in the long run… Sometimes true kindness doesn’t look or sound like kindness, sometimes it sounds like a reality check.
Oh and thank you for hosting this blog hop.

    Bette A. Stevens says:

Sweet! 🙂 When one of our grandcats brings in a snake, I scream! If that doesn’t get them to take it back out through the kitty door, I holler for hubby’s help… Yikes! Have a lovely weekend, Sandee!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.

      Sandee says:

I hear you and often I just stare at all the idiots and wonder how they made it from their home to wherever I am. Amazing. 🙂

  17. messymimi's meanderings – In south Louisiana\'s beautiful swamps.
    messymimi's meanderings says:

That photo is wonderful, somebody got the perfect cat to pose and that probably took a miracle.

Yes, being kinder (but firm) with people does help, as long as you don’t let them run over you.

The weird thing about motivation is that it follows action. Try it and see.

Hope you and Mr. Zane are having a fabulous weekend.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Thanks for weighing in, my friend. Hubby and I are having a great weekend so far. You and Mr. Sweetie have a great weekend too. 🙂

  18. Tails Around the Ranch – Denver, CO – The inspiration behind this blog was one knuckleheaded Standard Poodle named Sam but is now inspired by a House Pony-Wilson. I'm Monika, the upright. Living in the Denver metro area, we post about dogs, rescue and nature. So grab your favorite beverage and be prepared to howl along with our adventures. And don't forget to bark your 'pup-tacular' comment; we'd love to hear from you.
    Tails Around the Ranch says:

Hee hee. Loved your answers. Regrettably, idiots usually do not comprehend kindness…they continue with their idiocy. Sigh.

  19. The Canadian Cats – Prince George, BC, Canada – I have been married for like AGES and AGES according to Shoko. A whole 47 years. Shoko is my only young'un. Bill and I have lived in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada for 34 years. Gardening is my passion and also Shoko's passion. Bill's passion is being included as a member of Shoko's family.
    The Canadian Cats says:

What a cute kitten with such big eyes, Adorable. That puts everyone in a false sense of happiness with said kitty. In reality they are very quick and nosy. Oh yes and very messy. You will spend lots of time cleaning up after them when they think they can jump from the couch to the window. Whoops, they can’t and your lamp is now in many pieces on the floor. It was in kitty’s way. Oh well, it was an ugly lamp anyway. Even after the most rambunctious day kitty is still adorable in your eyes cause of that innocent look.

Thank you so much. I just type what pops into my head. 🙂

  20. Cleo says:

Hmmm, at first I thought most of your answers were about my dad since he can be such an idiot sometimes. We agree, though- there are many out there. Part of dad’s send-off to mom when she runs out for groceries, errands, etc. is always “Drive carefully, be alert, and watch out for all the idiots out there because we’re surrounded. I love you!”

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

Your dad sends mom off perfectly. Sounds like my hubby. 🙂

  21. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.
Wing Commander Basil & The B Team says:

Supurr fill-ins, and yes definitely to #1! Hope your weekend is epic! XX

  22. Rosey says:

Look at those big, beautiful eyes!
I DO think being nice to idiots can help (ignore if you can, be nice if you’re stuck with them for a bit).
1.Anything that scurries or darts creep (s) me out.
    2. I could use a refresher class in cooking. I’ve gotten lazy and have been serving the same few meals over and over again. How boring.
    3. Life would be much simpler if my income had more padding.
    4. I would like to relax, but first I have to finish up work stuff.

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

I think our menus tend to be the same too. We have a varied menu, but it rarely changes. Thanks for playing along. 🙂

  23. Cathy Kennedy says:

    Sandee,

Snakes and spiders creep me out, too. Idiots just annoy me! There’s a class on how to deal with idiots? Hmm, I missed that one. I’d just rather avoid them altogether if and when possible. The world be a simpler place if we were all kinder to one another, even to the idiots. Exercise does take a great deal of motivation but once you step into a routine it become easier. I’m not going to have abs of steel or anything of steel for that matter. That’s not so much my goal as it is just to burn the fat and to build my stamina. Sitting on my bum too much during this pandemic has been my downfall and I’m changing that now! Good answers and cute kitty!

    • Sandee – California – Home of Awww Mondays, Happy Tuesday, and Wordless Wednesday.
      Sandee says:

I’m doing the same where exercise is concerned. I get up and get with it almost every day. Thanks, Cathy. 🙂
