Every spring I look forward to seeing the trees turn green again. It always makes my heart happy when everything greens up.
We have some buds on our tree out front. Pretty soon we’ll have some leaves. I’m ready. 🙂
Dad so hears you on the flipflop thing, though he’d be happy as a clam if he could be in shorts and barefoot all year ’round. Even though the mountains that now surround us mom and dad will always be beach fiends.
Beaches are fun and so are the mountains. I hate all the clothes of winter. 🙂

I used to love to wear flip flops when I was younger but over time I got away from wearing them. I prefer to keep my feet better protected. I used to be horrible about stumping my big toe causing severe bruising and torn skin. Ouch! I used to barefoot a lot and I always got snug a few times every summer, not mention a number of other foot injuries. You and I are happy girls for sure. Like you DH melts my heart! 😉 Have a good weekend, my friend!

Pretty baby… 💞 Our grand-cats Rebel and Shadow can hardly wait to get outdoors again… We’ll be able to take them for their rabies boosters in another week.
