  1. What a precious kitty photo. Kindness is sadly, hard to find these days. People need to get back to being people and not do everything without personal contact and learn to be nice to one another again.

  2. Deborah – South San Francisco, CA – I am a Wise Woman who has been on a spiritual journey for many years. My wisdom was not gained through a higher education but through the University Of Life and all the insight, knowledge gained through the pain of trials and tribulations on the path of weeping to healing. Though I have come a long way, I am not done yet! I still have much wisdom to gain, more growth through pain, and the beauty of spirit that come by continual shedding of the old to receive the new! Sweet Blessings!

This is so precious Sandee! Have a very fun Friday and weekend! 😀 <3

  4. What a sweet photo! Thanks for being the best blogger buddy! Have a great weekend! xoxo
    Here are my answers!
    1. I could not be me without my sweet husband!
    2. A simple pleasure I enjoy is going to our library and finding more books to read .
    3. If I could change one thing about myself, it would be pausing before opening my mouth .
    4. Honesty is sometimes hard to find these days.

  5. You always find the sweetest kitty photos. Thank you for hosting Feline Friday and thank you for joining in the fill-ins, I always enjoy your answers. Reading a book on the boat sounds wonderful. Have you tried CBD cream for your hip? My hubby uses it on his knees when desperate. Have a great weekend! XO

    • I’ll have to give that cream a try. It’s not real bad, but there are times it acts up a bit to much. 🙂

    • I’m having WordPress login issues this morning. I’m stressed beyond belief. 🙂

  6. Aw, that picture is lovely! Kindness I really feel can be found everywhere. We just hear the bad stories so often, we (I) forget that so many people are willing to help others is some pretty phenomenal ways.

Have a great one my friend!

  7. Being able to sit quietly to read a book anywhere, is a great thing! In the summertime, I love to spend Sunday afternoons on our deck, with The PO’M in my lap, while reading a book and sipping tea.

    • I love it too. Hubby and I read together a lot. Having your kitty on your lap while reading is even better. 🙂

I’m sorry you have problems with your hips too 😢 Daydreaming of a good book in the nice weather out on your boat is a good distraction.
Such a sweet photo, I wonder if it’s a mamma and grown up child kittykat, or siblings, or just the bet of kittykat friends?
    Have a lovely weekend, Sandee.xx

    • I don’t know about the kitties but we can make up our own stories. I do that a lot. You have a lovely weekend too. 🙂

  10. Jim – http://www.jimmiehov6.blogspot.com – I'm a Senior Blogger. Are there any others anymore? Yes, the poets and real writers are still practicing and pushing their wares. A lot of the younger set though has migrated to FaceBook and Twitter which are pretty much social. I like my real Blogger Friends and would like to keep them, hoping they'd like what I write and how nicely I answer their comments.

Cute, precious, and cuddly mother and daughter combo. Nice find, Sandee.
I too would like reading on the back of my boat. Trouble is that I gave it away in 1999. I put it curbside and it and the trailer were gone come morning.
I got an Injection guided with Xray help into my left hip joint. That was last fall, after about three months it stopped hurting. I was still using a cane walking to help with balance and take a little weight off it until last Thursday. I accidentally left the cane leaning on the balcony door of our hotel in Cape Town, South Africa.
If it comes back to me, I had a sticker with my name and home phone. We stayed at the Radison Blue and if they return it to Texas I will be a Radison customer forever.

    this weeks questions:
    1. I could not __live___ without ___modern medicine______.
    2. A simple pleasure I enjoy is __(I can’t say it here, so…) next would be earing chocolate anythings___.
    3. If I could change one thing about myself, __I would walk faster and be able to run again____.
    4. ___A nice man, there is a waiting list for me,______ is hard to find these days.

Really Good Four this week, thank you all three!!
    Have a nice week!!! 🙂 🙂
    ..

    • Thanks for playing along, Jim. I always appreciate you weighing in. Have a great weekend and I hope you get our cane back. 🙂

  11. Service Cats U.S. – I Audra, am the human behind Service Cats U.S. aka DezizWorld. I am disabled and use cats as service animals instead of dogs. They are just as capable and can perform duties other animals cannot. We started our online journey to bring awareness to the ability of cats and to help others understand the relationship between a service animal and their handler/person. We offer training tips and tricks that I have learned through the years along with other information on all things feline. We began this journey in 2014 with Lexi and Dezi. They have since gone on to heaven, but our journey continues. This blog is about our daily life from the kitty's point of view. I want this blog to be interactive and get to know all of you, so comment and visit often. I will also offer advice, training tips and education when possible. Lovely fill in answers. I know a cruise ship is very different, but I love to sit on the balcony with a good book and a G&T.
    The kitties are adorable.

    • We would rather be on our boat and enjoy not being treated like cattle. Not for us. 🙂

Such sweet kitties… Simple pleasures for me? Reading a good book, day trip to the coast, walk in the woods and so much more… 🙂

Thanks, Sandee. You have a great weekend too! 🙂

    • Getting old isn’t for the weak of heart. It’s worth it though. You have a fun weekend too. 🙂

  16. Reading on the boat sounds lovely! Thank you for sharing.

I’m sharing my Friday post here: Brooke Blogs

  17. Wing Commander Basil & The B Team – UK – Well, now there's a question! Furstly and most importantly I'm a cat if mew hadn't already guessed. I got my Wing Commander status in September 2018 but that hasn't slowed me up at all! I tweet, Instacat, FB, Tumble & Pin too and now there's Basil TV on YouTube. All in all I'm a thoroughly Modern Cat; a cat of the 21st century, mew might say. My human & Purrsonal Assistant aka P.A. is Cathrine Garnell, and she writes books including a tale about my fictional alter ego, Basil the Bionic Cat. [See Books Page] I live in a multi-cat household, and mew can meet the rest of The B Team here most days of the week, as they all like a turn on the blog. I like mice, but then don't we all? I also like fresh tuna, chicken and prawns. I LOVE catnip, not in any excess I might add before mew jump to any wild conclusions. Thanks so much for dropping by, as we The B Team, love making new furriends, so do leave us a comment and say hi.
Wing Commander Basil & The B Team

Happy Weekend Sandee, we really like the reading on the boat – totally epic! XOX

    • It’s a most relaxing thing to do. I can’t wait for it to warm up a bit so we can do just that. 🙂

    • I love black and white photography. I’m old, Darla and things just hurt. It’s all good. I’m still on the right side of the dirt. Hugs back. 🙂

  18. Tails Around the Ranch – Denver, CO – The inspiration behind this blog was one knuckleheaded Standard Poodle named Sam but is now inspired by a House Pony-Wilson. I'm Monika, the upright. Living in the Denver metro area, we post about dogs, rescue and nature. So grab your favorite beverage and be prepared to howl along with our adventures. And don't forget to bark your 'pup-tacular' comment; we'd love to hear from you.
    Tails Around the Ranch

LOVE black & white images. The texture always looks so cool. Nice job.

    • That’s a good place to read too. Especially with Luke by your side. I love Luke. 🙂

    • Yes kindness is in very short supply. Driving is a prefect way to find out how little kindness there is out there. 🙂

  19. What cute cuddling kitties! And thank you for joining in on the Friendly Fill-Ins! I don’t have a boat, but I do know what you mean about reading a book outside on a lovely summer day. Now I’m craving weather that would allow for an outdoor reading session. I also completely agree with your #4. Kindness seems so absent these days, indeed most especially on the road. Have a wonderful week!

    • Thank you for visiting and commenting. Most appreciated. Hubby and I love reading on the back of our boat in the fair weather months. Pretty soon they will be here.

Thank you for co-hosting the Friendly Fill-ins. A fun meme. 🙂

    • I hope I can find a remedy too. It’s not bad most of the time, but once in awhile it really hurts. Pawkisses back, Little Binky. 🙂

  20. Dakota/Caren/Cody – Michigan – Freelance writer, pet blogging professional, product influencer, half of the writing team behind Dakota's Den and "Cat Chat With Cody & Caren" Most importantly, I am a "pet mom" to Dakota, (Shetland Sheepdog) and Cody (my silver gray tabby!)
    caren

funny you mentioned that about the road. Yesterday my car got stuck in the snow (I am normally great about knowing how to rock it back and forth…especially since I have a stick shift), well, I couldn’t get it to move. It was obvious I was stuck and NO ONE stopped to help. I had to flag down the guy who was plowing the parking lot at Weight Watchers (which is where I was leaving from when I got stuck). I got stuck at the light on the road next to Weight Watchers. TONS of cars passed me too 🙁
